I was doing some research on brain supplements. I am 73 and want to do everything I can to keep cognitive functioning high. Interestingly where I noticed a difference was in learning forms in my tai chi class.

I had a bad experience with a shipment about 6 months ago. Rancid, leaky capsules, and no response to my email requesting resolution. That being said, it seems they’ve changed their capsule production and past two shipments have been fine. However, their lack of accountability around bad shipment doesn’t speak well to ethical business practices.

I was a little frustrated that nowhere on the packet did it say how much to use. It should definitely state this information.
I had to look it up on the website and stumbled across it that way.

As usual my experience was great. There was an issue with one of the supplements having heat related effects, but Biomer quickly responded.
Omega 3 oils are essential, and good sources of them are hard to find. Tripernol and Tripernol plus are two of the best ever.

Fed X kept the product for customs. I had to pay an extra $28 to get it shipped. I have noticed an improvement in my joints when taking this product.
The bottle is close to $100 Canadian, and that may play a role in my reordering.

I ordered 3 bottles of tripernol (#3944). I opened all 3 bottles. They were slimy. They must have exploded with the pressure changes during shipment. I reached out to you through the online message portal and did not receive a response. I have ordered many times over the years and have not had an experience like this one.

Shipping was fine and timely. I can't evaluate the product because there's no way to test what it does; one just has to hope it helps.

Efficient in their delivery and VERY reasonable shipping cost! I don't have my bone density checked since I don't feel comfortable with those particular big pharma meds, I thoroughly investigated Bio Mer and feel their approach and products are spot on

It took about 8 days before it was shipped then mailed instead shipped which took about another week or more.
