Other than a few syntax errors in the dialog, the courses ran very smoothly. The testing phases were adequate to test the level of understanding of the material presented. I definitely have a more in depth understanding of QA/QC processes in the areas covered by the courses I took.

The class was informative, with extra information and really helpful resources. The program is user friendly when navigating through the class, the buttons to move back, forward, and stop, and play are really accessible. I was able to print my certificate and add it to my LinkedIn profile.
