This is a scam company

TOTAL SCAM! 3 MONTHS LATER NO PRODUCT NO REFUND

On December 22nd, I ordered one bottle of Turmeric, and that’s when my nightmare began. After 3 weeks, I received a notification from Customs in my country stating that I had to handle the import process myself and pay nearly 20 euros in fees. This is a tedious process that I cannot do due to my work schedule. When buying online, it is expected that the seller handles these taxes to ensure door-to-door delivery.
​I contacted BioRoots to explain the situation and request a full refund. A month later, the money appeared in my account but was blocked. The next day, to my surprise, they charged me again and 're-shipped' the product without my consent!
​I have sent countless emails requesting my money back, but I only receive automated responses, just like the ones mentioned in other reviews here. They even go as far as deleting my comments on their Facebook and Instagram posts to hide the truth. It has been 3 months now: I have no product and no money. JUST TO BE CLEAR: the shipment of the second bottle took place despite the fact that I had already requested the cancellation of my subscription.

I’d like to clarify a few important points to provide full transparency. The additional charge you mentioned was processed because the subscription option was selected during checkout. This option is clearly displayed just above the “Add to Cart” button and states:
“Save 20% with automatic refills – Shipped every month. No commitment. Cancel anytime.”
This means customers receive monthly shipments of the same product at a discounted rate, with no extra fees. The subscription can be easily managed or canceled anytime through the “Manage Subscription” tab at the top of our website, and once canceled, no further charges or shipments occur.

That said, I completely understand how this may not have been your intention, and I sincerely apologize for any confusion caused.

Regarding your specific case, I also want to reassure you that order #127519 has already been fully refunded, including the order placed through the subscription. The refund was processed prior to this review being posted and is currently in the clearing process with your bank. Depending on your bank, this can take a few business days to appear back in your account.

We understand that delays like this can be frustrating, but please know that we have genuinely done our best to resolve this matter promptly on our end.

Do not order from this Facebook…this firm is diabolical, all they want is your money,their turmeric does not work, they will continue to take money out of your account,if you post the faulty tablets.

Do not order from this Facebook company, I ordered turmeric capsules which were totally useless, they refused to refund for my purchase & have taken further credit card payments, they now owe me £86.99, they are absolute thieves, completely boycott them

Beware of this SCAM

Beware, this company is a Facebook SCAM. They will accept your order and will not send the items. They will also set you up with a monthly subscription without you knowing it.
I have been trying to get a refund for an order I didn’t receive because they had no intention of sending it. I have emailed them many times and am still just getting generic replies with no refund.

I know they are helping my knees…

I know they are helping my knees especially. I have a ways to go but best turmeric. I have purchased others that have did nothing for me. Just ordered six more bottles.

My order was sent to the wrong address…

My order was sent to the wrong address over 6 weeks ago, I have contacted them many ,many times and I get a form letter saying :-

"We need a bit of extra help to resolve this for you, Terry, so one of our team members will be in touch shortly to take care of everything"

Same message 6 times and no actual response.
I would avoid this company ,totally a fraud.

Improvement in days

Have been taking Turmeric for a little over a week. My joints don't hurt as much has they did before I started. I'm actually able to walk up and down smaller flights of stairs without needing to hold onto 2 railings.
I do take it while eating my breakfast which includes some type of healthy fats ( eggs, avocado, walnuts) which is recommended for better absorption. I continue to use it daily and look forward to continued improvement.
