Disappointing no order received - Apri l2026

Order made back in March 2026, today is the 16th April and not item yet received. I have requested a refund but email not responded to although when original order made happy to send me more flyers on their products. I have taken advice from others seeing afterwards that you may be signing up to a monthly fee and have withdrawn from this although not knowing I had signed up to something not even receiving the only item purchased. Its just a shame this is able to carry on especially when we are a vulnerable group on people just seeking some pain relief.

My order number is 224206. I have emailed your company and have not heard anything back. Therefore not sure emailing the company again is going to make any changes as this stage. I appreciate reply but would like this resolved please.

They Will Keep Trying to Take Money Every Month

First order was fine, but the company kept trying to take money out every month for the same item despite there being no subscription or re-order. Spoke to someone there and asked them to stop trying to take payment, and was told they wouldn't...except they did the following month. Spoke to them again, same promise to not take any payment...but they tried again...and again. Eventually had to tell my bank to not approve any payments to them. Still receiving payment requests from them about some phantom subscription. They do send the item but DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AS THEY WILL KEEP TRYING TO TAKE MONEY EVEN WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO STOP

UPDATE 20.04.26 - they're still doing it! Another email to say a new order on its way, one that was never made. It appears they have started a subscription under my name without consent, which has now (allegedly) been cancelled, but they are still charging for the new delivery as it's already in transit. Seeing as my bank is under orders not to accept payment requests from this company I am very curious how this has happened, but the point remains a fee was requested despite telling this company to stop, and being assured by them that they will not hassle me anymore.

I now have an email confirming cancellation of this phantom subscription so if - more likely when - they attempt to take money again I will escalate this fraud to the relevant authorities.

DO NOT GIVEN THIS COMPANY YOUR BANK DETAILS!

Bioroot Labs, Scammers

Ordered one product (1x packet of Magnesium Glycinate 3-1) on 21st March 2026, a cost of £21:98 which suddenly became £27:98. It has now been 25 days and still no sign of my product. Still receiving updates that it is on its way? latest count of updates about 9/10, then a change of excuse "We did not expect such a demand for our product" This product is not something covered in gold, it is a common packet of Magnesium capsules.......... do not purchase anything from 'Bioroot Labs' steer well clear of this company nice sounding name but that is all. In all probability the picture that they use to advertise their product has probably been stolen from a genuine company............. Bioroot "Scammers and Fraudsters

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them. Product was not delivered. Even tracking said it WAS NOT delivered yet they said it was. Trust me it was not. They would not refund. I thought I was buying from a legit company in USA but after the issues I was having I went further into the website. I checked the address they used and it is not them, FAKE ! They also had me on a "subscription" which I did not agree to. Stay away from them!!!!!

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I do not have a subscription and they continue to charge me. Sometimes they send product I did not request. Time to contact my bank.
UPDATE. Bioroots told me to cancel my membership. I DONT HAVE A MEMBERSHIP! THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY via email. I have already sent over 5 emails and I am not getting any response!

Beware…scammers

Ordered 3 tubs of the turmeric supplements as I suffer with .arthritis..Firstly,.the supplements had zero effect on any of my symptoms..it did not relieve any pain or stiffness of joints..Needless to say,I did not want anymore.
A few days ago the took over £40 from my bank account for another 3 tubs.I did not ask for this,I did not want this.I purchased in good faith on the understanding it was a one off.I was not told I was signing up to any subscription or that I would automatically be charged for future orders.
I emailed bioroot labs asking why this had happened..there reply was basically,it’s your own fault for not charging options in your account.
I was unaware I had an account..They then sent me a link to log in to my account..the link conveniently does not work……Ive been told that they cannot cancel any future orders and that I have to do it myself..HOW ???
If you need supplements I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Beware the subscription scan!

After several months a bill appeared on my bank statement for a repeat order which I didn’t make. They said (by email) I had subscribed to regular repeats. I did not nor would have until convinced they worked! Nightmare trying to get a refund. None of their links to subscription work. Deliberate tactic!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could rate this company a 0 Star I would. What an ordeal. I placed an order for two bottles. I received the two bottles for which I was charged $15 and $28.98 for a total of $43.98. I have no idea why they split the charge unless it was so they could later claim they only made one of them. I contacted the company to inquire how to return the products. They said I could return the bottles for a full refund. Meanwhile I received two more bottles for which I was not charged. I returned all four bottles to the company. Per the pkg tracking they received them on February 10th. I had been charged on January 20th. They finally refunded me $15 in March. I am still trying to get the remainder of my refund. Even though I sent them the email they sent me documenting the charges they continue to say they did not charge me the $28.98. I have been back and forth with them since January. At one point I was asked how I determined I had received four bottles. 😤 I have told them over and over I am not asking for a refund for 4 bottles. I only what a refund for what I was charged. Save yourself the headache, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The company has replied to this review and provided me with the same email, for which I have been corresponding with since January. I have exchanged emails with Joshua and Jacqueline, many, many emails. I have not gotten any satisfaction whatsoever and have little faith that will change. They have denied the second charge. The bottom line is I ordered two bottles. They charged me a total of $15 and $28.98 for a total of $43.98. That included a $3.99 shipping charge. I returned the unopened bottles for a refund. They refunded me $15 but have not refunded me the remainder of the charge. I don’t even care if they deduct the shipping fee from the remainder of my refund. I have given up hope I will receive the remainder of my refund but I will continue to warn future customers anywhere and everywhere I get the chance.
