Chronic Pain Relief
My quality of life is improving with the use of my Bio-Wave! I use it daily and I am grateful to Sue and the Department of Veteran Affairs. I would recommend the Bio-Wave to anyone with chronic pain.

Sue Lepesko has been a great help in teaching my husband and I on how to use the Biowave Go and even the few sessions he has done have brought some relief for his pain. Sue is extremely customer-oriented, empathetic and professional. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, where 5 is the best, we would give Sue an unqualified 5 STARS!!

Mona was very knowledgeable and helpful…she was able to get me a smaller size belt and explained how to use and how often…product works great and helps with my pain level🙏🏻

Agnes was the BioWave representative I had the privilege to work with. Agnes was professional, knowledgeable, courteous & very helpful. She readily answered my questions in a personable way which helped me quickly learn & get the most benefit from my BioWave. Any time I had a question Agnes was a phone call or text away. Knowing that you have a person like Agnes ready to address any concern or question about the BioWave System is refreshing!

Sue from their Customer Service Department was amazing. Got in touch with me just about IMMEDIATELY to address the issue I was having with the battery on my BioWave Home Unit. The process was extremely quick and Sue is one of the most polite, professional and knowledgeable Customer Service representatives I have dealt with in a long time.

She went over some good tips and tricks I can apply to using the product that preemptively can solve future issues.

This product is amazing! I received it originally for my shoulder and neck. I have been using it for other areas and it's really helped me a lot.

Ms. Sue was very informative about showing me the proper way use the Biowave Home Treatment unit for pain. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me as I at times have a hard time hearing she didn't make me uncomfortable. She plans to follow-up with me to ensure I am comfortable and have no issues with the unit. I appreciate all that she has done and appreciate my acupuncture doctor Mike for recommending this for home treatment when I am not able to see him for acupuncture treatment. I am glad I have a team of people who care for my well-being.

Wow the biowave is awesome. I have dealt with chronic pain for 30 years after back surgery when I was in the military. It's amazing how the biowave greatly reduced the pain. I love it. Thanks biowave.

I love my BioWave go therapy. Works incredibly to relieve pain in many parts of my body. I wold highly recommend it to anyone with pain from exercise or overwork

Mona was amazing on explaining everything to me. She stayed consistent with me until I actually received my Biowave. Mona made me feel comfortable and she stated to me that within the week or two that she’s going to stay in contact with me just in case if I have more questions.

First, I like to thank the VA, Kevin and bio wave for giving me the opportunity to use this amazing machine. It is an amazing machine and gives me comfort and ease after just 30 minutes of use. I believe everybody that has issues with shoulders knees backs ankles should have the opportunity to use the bio wave, thank you very much from a disabled veteran.

First off, I want to thank Kevin, my point of contact for BioWave. He was very helpful in getting me started with this machine. His knowledge was awesome. He was very friendly and helped with any questions I had. I use this machine often. During my military service, I did data entry all day long. The pain now from all that in my right wrist and shoulder is constant, all day long. This BioWave helps to relieve that pain for a period of time, which is something I didn't have before. Also, from sitting all day doing data entry, my back and neck have given me problems every day too. This helps reduce that pain level for a while. I'm thankful my physical therapist got me hooked up with this machine. It's nice to use before bed to help not have as much pain, to help me sleep better for a bit. Thanks BioWave!!!

The machine has really helped as part of my therapy modalities to manage my muscle spasms and pain and not have to rely on medications that have harsh side effects.

The Biowave machine works and gives me relief when I use it for back pain. I would recommend it for anyone who suffers from chronic muscular pain.

This product is awesome! It is very easy to use, and is constructed of high-quality materials as well! The fact that you can use this product with or without the electrodes, makes it extremely versatile! The training phone call that you received from Bio wave is very thorough and Sue, the representative, did a wonderful job in explaining all the functions of the unit, what to do, and what not to do!
