We are currently a customer of yours and the frustration level is through the roof. Your phone lines don’t work ever!!! No one returns a call. I have been trying to exchange my car for about 5 weeks now! Where is the superior in this company! I know they have been getting other complaints! This is unacceptable!
They will charge you a £39 (€46) 'handling charge' for every fine or PCN you receive including non-council fines. Basically, if you receive 10 fines that's £390 (€460) 'handling charges' to Bipi in addition to the actual fines themselves. Absolute robbery - AVOID. I will be taking this up with the Financial Ombudsman.
I hired a car through the Renault Subscription service, which I didn't know at the time was run by BIPI. The experience was awful start to finish and I'm so glad I don't have the car anymore.
The car arrived damaged in many areas, scratches and scuffed alloys. In Itself this is not a problem, but the driver kept trying to get me to sign that I accepted the car in the current condition, but did/could not note down the existing damage. I finally took pictures of all the damage myself and sent them to BIPI (who later confirmed that the delivery company had not informed of any pre-existing damage). The minute the delivery guy locked the car and left, the alarm started going off and would do this every time the car was locked. There was a fault with the key meaning I was having to change the battery 3+ times per week and sometimes the car would not recognise it, so I could not drive it. It took BIPI over 2 weeks to get me an "urgent" appointment at a local garage. The problems were still not 100% fixed and I had to go back a couple more times. I made a formal complaint with BIPI wanting them to send a different car, but I just got an automated email to say that it would take 8 weeks for my complaint to be responded to (I only had a one month rolling hire!). When the car went back I received a grand total of £25 compensation for my troubles! Awful experience. AVOID!
I have been a customer of BIPI for nearly a year. They are ordering me a new car to do a swap.
I think a lot of the negative reviews are unfair. Bipi is a great service. My car is being factory ordered and whilst I can see why people get itchy waiting, that is fine. The customer service is brilliant, I have never had an issue, and they are really flexible.
If you want a car urgently, go to a dealer and pick up a car on the forecourt. If you want flexibility, easy to manage with no "big brother" treatment that let you get on with it with no fuss, then use BIPI.
Cannot recommend enough! Thanks BIPI - James Young
We tried to hire the car . They dint give the car on time . They were very eager to take the payment to block the car . But never turned back after that . We had to always call them . At last had to get our fund back. Will not recommend them to anyone else .
Avoid Bipicar.com Until They Improve Their Service
I attempted to rent a car from Bipicar.com for a 12-month subscription starting in January. After agreeing on add-ons and price, I signed the contract, only to be told the car had been given to someone else. They offered me another vehicle, set for delivery at the end of February. I accepted, signed a new contract, and paid the deposit.
As February ended, they delayed delivery to March, claiming the car was in the workshop. March came, and with no update, I called—only to be told I had to wait until April. At this point, I realised this "workshop delay" tactic was common upon reading earlier reviews, likely to hold deposits.
Frustrated, I requested a refund, but they insisted on a cancellation fee for the "inconvenience" of sourcing a car I never received. After a back-and-forth, they finally agreed to refund me. The entire experience was appalling, with poor communication and service. Bipicar.com needs a serious review of its business practices.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! WORST EVER!!
Very poor service, poor communication, staff giving different answers to the same question, none of them knows what the other said. Website not working, customer profile not accessible as they claim! Extremely short notice for delivery slot despite policy saying notice of 24-72 hours and also daily calls from myself to set the date and time, then they decide when they want to deliver even if customer cannot meet it. No allowance for changing delivery time then they charge over £460 for delivery cancellation! Worst subscription company ever!
They make you sign a contract, then tell you the car isn't available. I've signed a different contract each month since Jan for 3 different cars. Finally mine arrived but was not practical for the family due to size, so within the week I rang and stated that it's within my 2 week cooling off period so I'd like to change the car for my original choice back in Jan!
To be told the 2 week cooling off period only applies when I sign the contract not when I receive the car? What a ridiculous policy. It should be when goods are received or how do you know it's not for you? The lady on the phone said I have to keep it for 6 months then change it pay for 35 months for a car I can't actually get my family into. Ridiculous

I was trying to get a car from Bipi in UK for a 12 month overseas work relocation period, to be driven in a semi rural location . Have a UK full license. Bipi would not contract with me because I had not held the license (or a European license) for 2 years despite holding a full Australian drivers license for over 10 years. I found this unusual as in Australia we drive on the left hand side of the road as does UK. This condition is not mentioned on their website. Apart from this the Bipi rep was exceptionally rude!
Great concept - shockingly poor implementation.
Issue with a private car park has resulted in Bipi taking 8 × £39 in parking charges. Despite them confirming this is a 'mistake', as of 6 days later, they have refunded 1 x £39.
This is the third time they have 'casually' debited my account for hundreds of pounds!!!! Absolute bunch of lunatics.
Issue 2 - There was a small scratch on the previous vehicle that was collected. No handover took place. The gentleman who collected the vehicle did not follow any of Bipis procedures and on a call on 5th December, it was confirmed it would be 'investigated'. The gentleman who collected the vehicle was elderly, was shaking as he handed me documents and left his mobile phone, wallet and glasses in the new vehicle. I called him to come back. Then found his jacket on the back seat. I had also taken the vehicle to be checked at a body repair shop the day before! Yet there was a magical 'scratch' that appeared between leaving my property and getting back to them.
Issue 3 - The 12V battery in my brand new car was/is dead. Found that out sitting on Tesco car park on Christmas Eve! Still not resolved that!
Issue 4 - the vehicle dropped off in December, had water instead of screenwash - found that out whilst driving!! Incredibly dangerous and shows how many corners they cut.
I have spent hours phoning and emailing and they just don't care. Takes them weeks to respond, absolutely awful experience.

In January I chose a car and was given a delivery date. The date was moved closer but an issue with the car meant a delay.. not too bad as I knew bipi would want a quality vehicle going to a customer. I was surprised when I had a call to say that bipi raised a complaint on my behalf.. they clearly were not happy with their own service (I was happy) but when it was delayed again due to lack of information from the garage. They re assigned another car to myself which was delivered in a few days… but I was shocked when it was a brand new car that arrived! I’m more than Happy with the service with bipi. A few setbacks but clearly out of their control… the delivery staff actually thanked me for asking them to deliver the car to north wales. I’ve actually made friends with the bipi team :) thank you. (Finally can chill a little after a non fault car accident! Just need to battle with my own insurance company now!)

Do not deal with this company.
Since subscribing to there service I have endless issues and no real resolution to any problem I have had.
I had a car wanted to change, requested change of the car waited for about 4 months and was repeatedly told different dates of delivery never received the car.
I had fines issued in error from the council, they charged me a fee although I had provided the letter confirming cancellation of the PCN, I was charged £39 which they automatically took from my bank without authorisation.
Customer service can be hard to understand a lot of the time, emails do not get answered for days on end.
Look elsewhere, do not recommend getting involved or into anything with company.
It’s terrible.

Avoid Bipi at all costs!
I absolutely cannot recommend Bipi to anyone.
I rented a car through Bipi for six months. When I spoke with their sales team (who were very friendly), the salesperson told me that it would be cheaper if I signed up for a 36-month contract instead. He assured me that, according to Spanish law, they cannot legally bind a private individual for more than six months, meaning I could return the car without any issues.
Since this is the same rule we have in Denmark, where I’m from, it made sense to me.
However, after returning the car in perfect condition, Bipi is now claiming that I owe them €1,000 for canceling the contract early, and they have withheld my entire deposit. In total, they are demanding nearly €1,500 from me.
I explained to them that this completely contradicts what their sales team had told me when I signed the agreement. But instead of acknowledging this, they simply threaten me with lawyers, lawsuits, and high legal costs.
Now, they have even informed me that I have been registered in ASNEF (a Spanish credit default registry), even though we have not been to court and despite my complaints about this action.
I strongly advise against using Bipi – their service will only end up costing you a fortune.
¡Evita Bipi a toda costa!
No recomiendo Bipi bajo ninguna circunstancia. Solo terminarás perdiendo mucho dinero.

took upfront pay ment for a car which should be delivered in "about 2 month" but never delivered. I got a phone call claiming, they will refund my payment together with a 100€ voucher for the next contract. Now, Website is down, phone lines disabled and the office is also gone:

No professionalism at all. I went through all the steps of the car rental process, signed the contract, paid the deposit and everything was accepted. Then after a few hours they call me and say that they are cancelling the contract without giving any reason. The gentleman who had been so kind over the last few days was like Mr Hyde. He called me and his tone of voice was not nice, he was upset and he just informed me that the contract was being terminated and when I wanted to ask a question he just hung up without explaining anything. THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND

From online selection to vehicle selection, BiPi was a pleasure to deal with.
Having purchased a used vehicle 3 years ago, that sustained an engine fault that was more expensive to fix than the car was worth I realised that owning a car is an awful waste of money.
Buying a car and incurring the cost of the depreciating asset, as well as all the other add-on services you need (maintenance, insurance) just does not make financial sense anymore. A subscription model is hassle free and definitely a more affordable option.
The BiPi team were very communicative and helped with the delivery of the vehicle to Valencia, nearer to where I live.
We had a slight delay due to a minor problem with the car, but the team were very responsive and kept great communication.
The Mazda CX5 is amazing and I look forward to staying a BiPi customer in the future.

his company is awful. When they’re selling you a car, they call you every 10 minutes. But once you've paid, they completely ignore your emails for 1-2 weeks. They don’t check their emails, and they haven’t refunded my ITV payment for the car. And to top it off, when I returned the car, they charged me 262+50 euros for it being "dirty"! Yes it was dirty, but not for 312 euros. Terrible experience.

We leased a car from them in November, come December a engine management light appeared, so we informed bipi who booked the car into the Peugeot garage on the 20th of December to get repaired. Its now the 21st of January and still no car. We asked about a courtesy car which they advised we would have to pay a further £150 for delivery and £150 to return once we finally get the car back we originally leased. Communications from this company are horrendous and there customer service is diabolical. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A CAR TO DRIVE.

Everyone that says ignore the comments, please Do NOT ignore as I ignored the comments and went ahead with this company and I really regret it now. Firstly this company is a cheap company and hence why all the offers as they are not doing well because of the way they deal with things. I got a car from them and it was all good until I was involved in a really bad accident 2 weeks within receiving the car. The car was a total loss. The accident I was involved in was no fault of my own and I was promised to be swapped in a different vehicle once the lease was settled. I kept BIPI informed of the situation from the day I had accident and was advised that once my insurers starts settling the lease they will swap me in another vehicle and the deposit I paid would be transferred over to the car I would be swapped in. They asked me to choose a car which I did and then all of a sudden when my insurers settled the lease I was refused to be swapped in another vehicle and gave no valid reason. I raised a complaint and was told there is basically nothing that can be done and to contact Financial Ombudsman which I have done and just awaiting a response. Bipi reassured me at several occasions that as the accident was not my fault, they will put me in another vehicle. The lied all along, they waited on getting paid out by my insurers and then fobbed me off. They have not refunded my deposit which they were going to "transfer to another vehicle". Please avoid them. There are better leasing companies out there, a lot better rates and better fleet then BIPI. This should not even be anyones last resort. Avoid this company at every cost.

If I could have my time again I would stay well away from this company. I was pressured into signing an agreement with the promise of receiving the car at the end of December. The pick up date has been pushed back a number of times and I have now been left without a car and no proper communication from this company. I have sent them numerous emails and no response has been received. Then, I was sent an email saying the car was ready for pick up and I could book in the date to pick up the car if I pay another payment. Of course I paid and the date was pushed back yet again, they now have two months money and still no sign of the car that they say is in the workshop. My concern now is that the car has suffered some kind of accident and must have been in a pretty bad state to be in the workshop that long. Who knows whether I will ever receive this car and what order it will be in if I ever get it. So mad with this company right now, they are very deceitful!
