I would thoroughly recommend this company. I have never experienced better customer service from any company ever. If you use their chat facility there is always a warm, friendly and helpful reply instantly. My absolute favourite thing was a beautiful hand written letter with my purchase telling me the history of my vintage item - I will treasure this letter and it made the item so much more special. The only issue I have was that the item received very slight damage in transit due to some unusual packaging. It is fixable and not noticeable so I'm not bothered but may be useful for the company to note. The item I received is beautiful - I'm delighted with it. Overall an absolutely wonderful experience and they have picked up a new loyal and very happy customer.
