This is the 3rd time I’ve used this company I’d recommend them to anyone top quality furniture. Brilliant fitters very clean and tidy .

Birch Bedrooms recently fitted wardrobes in our bedroom. The process, from design to quote to fitting to invoicing, was very easy and carried out in a very professional manner.
We would strongly recommend them. In fact we are presently arranging with them to fit new storage units beneath our stairs.

Outstanding, from start to finish.

I have had fitted wardrobes and matching furniture installed in my master bedroom by Birch Bedrooms, and couldn't be happier with the service!
The initial home visit was conducted by Ted Birch, who listened to my ideas and created a comprehensive 3D CAD plan of the bedroom layout, which involved building around an awkward stair-box.
A visit to the showroom and factory helped me to decide which doors, handles and finishes I wanted, and I placed a deposit for the work to go ahead.
The price for the work was very competitive, and the job was completed over the course of 5 days by Steve, who did a superb job of building the wardrobes, chests of drawers and blanket box.
The team at Birch even made me a matching picture frame for a painting, which looks amazing! The units themselves are also very high quality, with solid construction and very good hinges / draw sliders.

All in all I would happily recommend Birch Bedrooms - their attention to detail throughout the whole process has been exemplary.

Excellent service from a friendly local family business. No sales pressure after a home visit from Ted who produced design and quote on his tablet, followed up by email and diagrams. We didn't have to wait too long from ordering to fitting, and the job was completed by Dave in less than one day (one wall, 5 doors, hanging rails and shelves).
A couple of weeks later we ordered drawers to be inserted.

We are over the moon with our fitted bedrooms. From start to finish the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and Birch were a pleasure to deal with.

Do not use this company firstly they got our order wrong and then kept sending out invoices saying payment was overdue when we paid for the the product on the day of ordering

We came across Birch Bedrooms through a recommendation from our friends and they deserve credit as they we are so pleased there's.
Dealing with Mike was seamless from appointment, design to quotation and then a convenient fitting date was arranged.
The fitting by Dave was spot on by his attention to detail also being courteous and tidy in his work in a challenging space.
I fully recommend Birch Bedrooms and the team.

Was great from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this company. From mikes design to Steve fitting. With all the extra space I have now it’s amazing.

We stumbled on Ted and the team at Birch after having gone the usual route of looking at the likes of Sharp Bedrooms etc and rapidly become cheesed off with their approach to quotes and heavy handed sales pressure. Deciding to look for an independent, we actually found Birch less than ten miles from our home! They're everything their website claims - honest, extremely knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. One home visit with Ted himself and we had a design and a fair quote, no haggling. We then went and had a tour of the workshop itself which was fascinating! The work was done c.6 weeks later in 1.5 days by a single fitter and we couldn't be more pleased. Thanks to all the team Ted!

Superb quality fantastic fitter. Don’t go anywhere else

From the first meeting in our home to completion Birch Bedrooms were first class. They listened to our requirements and designed our three bedrooms perfectly. The end result we are all delighted with and would/have recommend this company.

Very pleased with my new bedroom furniture. It was good to deal with a family firm that puts the customer first. Mike explained my options and was happy to alter things to suit my requirements. I would highly recommend Birch Bedrooms as their service and workmanship were excellent from start to finish. The design of our new bedroom was completed by Ted who listened to our requirements and made helpful and knowledgeable suggestions. Our new furniture was then expertly fitted, on the given date, by Sean whose workmanship was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. We are very happy with our new bedroom and will definitely use them again.

I really like the family feel to this company, there was no pressure to buy, they offer reasonable prices and great quality products. Fantastic service and very friendly. I am just about to use their services for the third time.

A lovely family company. I sent a plan through via email and they got back to my promptly with CAD drawings and a price. It took several iterations but and they were very obliging all the way through. Very helpful staff on the phone and excellent designs. My designer, Ted, was superb. Will use again!

Excellent customer service and product support during a highly challenging project with non-standard and specialised components. A very professional service throughout design, quotation, delivery and at all interactions with the factory source. Our client is delighted with the final realisation, which is exactly as imagined.
