Pleased with initial work

Visited quickly after initial enquiry. Pricing for initial work done was about the same as other companies. Once on site, offered to jet wash & re-sand front garden, back patio and garden path for another sum of money. These areas had never been jet washed in nearly a decade and looked great afterwards. Company mentioned a sealant to stop weeds coming up which I did not take up. I was contacted again a few days later and told they had some leftover sealant and could use that for me and gave me a price which they said was a great price as it was expensive stuff. Sealant was applied but weeds have started to return which I did not expect to happen so soon according to what I was told. Pleased with the initial work I had done but definitely didn't need to pay for the sealant.

I would not recommend this company.

I would not recommend this company. Called them and left a message through a leaflet by post. I wanted to sort out an overgrown garden front and back. When he arrived to give a quote. He seemed he didn't like the look of me. He asked what I wanted doing. I explained a general tidy up front and back. He then got aggressive and said forget about the back and asked about the tree. I did not need to sort the tree out now. For a 2 meter by 2 meter plot, he quoted £400!! I said no and he just walked off!! No politeness what so ever! Seems like a cowboy worker.

I had a terrible experience with this…

I had a terrible experience with this so-called tree surgeon. Initially, he provided me with a quote, but when he arrived, he doubled the price. Reluctantly, I agreed to the inflated cost, and he promised to come out that day.

When I called to confirm, he casually mentioned he was on his way, only to later inform me that he had a "very important meeting" and still did not tell me he wouldn't be able to make it. He didn’t bother to contacting me, leaving me waiting all day for someone who clearly doesn’t value professionalism or basic etiquette. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Save your time and money!
