Disappointing sizing and poor customer service
This was my first and last purchase from Bird & Co. Boutique. The product quality felt cheap and did not match how it was advertised. Their sizing charts are incredibly unhelpful. When I reached out for support, customer service just told me to look at the model measurements in the FAQ. However, the chart only lists names and numbers—it doesn’t tell you which model is wearing which item on the website. Unless you have the time to sit through their live videos to guess who is who, the information is useless. On top of that, they use different suppliers, meaning the sizing changes from item to item. The shirt I ordered arrived completely oversized. Rather than dealing with the hassle of return shipping and a restocking fee, I chose to donate it. I won't be shopping here again.
