I purchased one pair of joggers second hand after reading some reviews.. and comparisons to lulu lemons joggers..just to dip my toes in and test it out.

They were size medium, perfect waist fit, perfect inseam length. I was hyped! I wanted some other colors.

Then I ordered 3 more pairs.. all medium and received all different inseam lengths, all different waist fits, all longer and looser than the medium I first tried. And worse fabric to boot.

I assume I bought a different generation that was before cost cutting measures.

My measurements fit the medium on the website, small should be too small...?

Then, one pair ended up having a manufacturer's defect that I was able to email customer support with some photos and had fairly painless process there.. The exchanged pair was sent without a bag and thus it was poking through the box, and was openly stained / darkened black from the shipping ordeal... Fun. Not worth trying to get them to send another unstained pair, I'll have to try and get it out.

They also felt of even like different fabric or idk if they were other exchanges or returns maybe.. the other products were all in separate plastic bags.

Really weird experience, all over the map.. sometimes good, sometimes terrible. It might be worth taking a shot if you get them deeply discounted but then you cannot return them if they don't work out either though.

I'm hoping maybe I can get them tailored and adjust the inseam.. who knows.

Purchased two pairs of joggers Marco Poolboys and Tiger Woulds for my husband. Based on the size chart I ordered XL (34-36)- My husband has never worn XL pants but I ordered them according to their chart- They are huge- Contacted customer service thru email and wanted to exchange them for a smaller size- Offered to pay shipping both ways- was denied- Full disclosure the pants were final sale- but the sizing is way off- I just wanted to exchange for correct size- Wanted to talk to someone about the issue- NO RESPONSE- First and last time I'll buy from Birddog- And it is a shame because the quality of the joggers is good- Just bad sizing chart.

After another attempt with emailing customer service my issue was resolved. Bird dog did let me return the joggers for a different size.

They shipped me a bad pair- Quality assurance will not respond to emails after 2 weeks.

I placed a larger order recently and I am yet to receive my order. It has been over a month since I placed my order and the tracking data on UPS and on birddogs.com say the shipping label has been created but has not been shipped. It has not been updated since I placed my order. I have contacted customer support (no phone number, only an email) multiple times over the course of the month and have only received one response which was only to placate a less than enthused customer without any real resolutions. Birddogs' customer support is abysmal.

I'd give them less than zero if It was available. Similar as some other bad reviews where they send the wrong size and they tell you it was a sale item and ineligible for returns. Of course that info was no where to be found when you purchase them. They're nothing more than scamming thieves

I have ordered a few times and was happy with product and delivery. However I did an order last month and its about 5 weeks with no movement. Generic email responses. Definately appear to be going down hill and I wont be placing any new orders whether I get this or not.

I ordered a pair of shorts and found they were too large after receiving them. To my surprise, after attempting to return the shorts, found that the shorts were ineligible for return. I reached out to customer service via email and their chat option to find out why I couldn't return the expensive shorts, and was told that I purchased them through a special offer. At no time was I made aware that it was a special sale or that I would not be able to return them if they did not fit. This was a frustrating and expensive experience and I will not be buying anything else from Birddogs.

Wildly inaccurate sizing and poor customer servies.

My husband really likes the fit of both the pants and shorts. However, their customer service is nonexistent. I have tried several times to check on an order that seems to be lost. There is really no one to call. Everything is through email. I have emailed several times in the past week or so and I still haven’t heard anything about the order.

The $120 pants they sent me were busted and the button on them was like one of the clasp buttons and wouldn't even undo, instead of giving me a refund i have to pay 9 dollars and either package and ship or take it to a return location and ship it before they even give me a refund or return. They didn't have the same pants in stock for a second shipment and I paid $25 for shipping they won't refund either. So lost $35 dollars for a crap product and won't get a refund for over a week! I've bought from them so many times and the time i have an issue they don't care. Order your clothes from BYLT instead. Bird dogs suck.

Great products, but they should really be ashamed at how bad the shipping is. I ordered two pair of Birddogs (repeat customer, I have several) and two pair of Chubbies on the same day, just to see if I'd like them. I've already received the Chubbies, decided I didn't like them, returned and received a refund before the Birddogs have even shipped.

My fiance loves the make of these clothes. For his birthday, I decided to get him a couple of pairs of shorts. I went on the site and they were offering the free t-shirt with the purchase of two items. When I went to check out, they had a promo running that if I bought an additional item, we would get a hat as well. So I decided I would go ahead a get a polo. All together with the 20 dollar shipping I spent right at 270 dollars. When the order came they had left off the hat. I emailed them to see if they would mind sending it since I did spend the extra 100 dollars to get the polo and hat. Instead of making this right, they said it was a mistake on their part by someone in the warehouse but they could not ship me one. Instead they offered a 15 dollar coupon on a future purchase and apologized that I was disappointed. This was such a small thing but the fact that instead of just making this right, and sending me what was advertised, they just gave me the option of spending more money. I’m so disappointed in this company for the false advertising and misleading me not for the hat that wasn’t received

Ordered a pair of shorts, wore them once- following care instructions on website, drawstring fell apart. Emailed customer support, and was told to exchange. Explained that shorts were sold out, and just needed a new drawstring. Was told they don’t send out replacement parts. Not a great experience- Chubbies much more responsive and have never had an issue with their products.

This seems to be one of the most incompetent companies I've ever come across! I ordered two pairs of shorts on the 8th of March...it's now the 14th of March and they haven't shipped them yet. I could understand if the product was in back order and they told me that but they have not. Then they lied to me and said the product had shipped but when I used the tracking number they gave me the USPS said they haven't received the product from the manufacturer to ship.

Have ordered pants and shorts from this company. While the fabric is pretty cheap, the products are comfortable and fit well. But, you know, it is the 21st century, so why does it take 10 business days to get your order? It’s because they use the cheapest shipping solution. Maybe it’s just my pet peeve, but don’t send me an email saying that my order has shipped when the tracking says “containerized at customer facility” for 5 days! If I’m paying $110 for casual polyester pants, just drop my order in Priority Mail instead of trying to save 46 cents!

Update: March 22- after about 12 days, they cancelled my order this time because item was out of stock. So I guess it wasn’t even really “containerized” for shipment as the tracking said. I’ll shop other alternatives from now on!

The Birddog shorts are very comfortable. However, as in other reviews, the polyester shorts look like they have been rubbed on concrete. The cheap polyester has runs and strings after washing. Can you believe their site has 833 5 star reviews! What a joke. BTW, these are made in Vietnam. I'm very happy about giving them this retail business but $68. Really?

The quality is terrible. I wore my shorts twice, washed on delicate, and they look like I’ve rubbed them against concrete. I have $10 shorts that are far better quality. Comparing these to lululemon is a joke. The company won’t let you write a review on their website if you’ve asked for a refund. Total scam.

It seems like this product is falsely advertised. The sizing charts are inches off and the shorts that are supposed to fit better, actually fit worse than off-the-shelf shorts. Moreover, the "built in underwear" is not really underwear, just a nylon liner that can't be excluded. The box and materials come with juvenile references to sex robots and farting. And, they are wicked expensive. Finally, if you want to return them you have to go to a location they specify (20 minutes away for me) instead of just putting them in the mail or UPS. These folks won't last long, nor should they.

While the shorts are comfortable the quality is horrible. I bought 3 pairs and ALL of them have frayed. I'll be sending back for a refund.

I ordered my second pair of shorts from this company. The product is great, but their delivery is not! The estimated arrival date keeps changing. If the most recent date turns out to be accurate, it will be nearly three weeks since my purchase date that they are received. From other reviews I've read, the common theme seems to be that the product is great, but their systems and communication.... not so much. If you don't care how long your delivery takes, in a world where we've come to expect things on our porch the same day we order, you will likely be happy with the purchase.
