We really enjoy the Birdfy products…

We really enjoy the Birdfy products with AI. Considering that these Birdfy feeders are left out in the elements for months at a time, we have not had too many issues. When we do have issues, the Birdfy help is terrific. The response is prompt, gives detailed trouble shooting information, and once when we needed a replacement part, they sent it no charge. We have 2 different feeders and have just ordered the bird bath. Very pleased!

Affordable family hobby

This feeder is a fantastic, affordable hobby for the whole family. It’s easy to assemble and captures clear pictures of all the cute, unique birds in my area. I use it to share daily updates with my niece and nephew who live across the country. It does require a subscription for the AI bird identification and recording, but it’s a small price to pay for such a fun way to stay in touch.

I purchased the metal seed tray because…

I purchased the metal seed tray because the squirrels destroyed the plastic one. Our Birdfy has not worked properly since we received it as a Christmas gift. Figured I would buy a new seed tray or throw the feeder out because it wastes too much seed

Pretty disappointed

I've bought three products from Birdfy at the same time: Birdfy Feeder Duo 2, Birdfy Bath Pro with stand, and the Birdfy Nest. A piece was missing with my Duo 2, and a piece was broken with my Birdfy Nest. I contacted support about both, and the Duo 2 part came slowly, but I'm still waiting on the Birdfy Nest piece. It's frustrating to have to wait an even longer period of time after receiving the (expensive) items! Support wasn't that great, specifically because when they wrote back, I have no clue what support ticket they're referring to, since they don't mention the item in question.

The Duo 2's main camera is pretty cool. The sound isn't that great, especually for birds in the distance. The birds have to be very close for the sound to come through. The second camera is low quality. I'm mostly satisfied with it though the Duo 2 though as a whole.

I wasn't happy with the bird bath, since the fountain always stops working (no matter the water level, and yes, it's in the sun) The camera always gets splashed with water, so you can't make out which kind of bird is using it a lot of times. I requested a refund and have yet to hear back from anyone (it's almost been two weeks now).

I haven't got to use the nest yet because I'm waiting for the piece that was broken. The nest itself is a bit smaller than I thought, and the wood is a bit rough and not as smooth as I was hoping.

Overall, I wouldn't shop at Birdfy again.
