I bought a crossbody bag on July 4th. Initially, I thought it was pretty good when I received it. I then received an email from Birdinbag inviting me to leave a review, which I was reluctant to do at first because I wasn't sure about its durability,and I never use TrustPilot. However, two months later, even after carrying heavy items, it remains very sturdy, so I'm willing to leave a review.Therefore, I believe this company is a relatively trustworthy online shopping platform with many choices and very affordable prices compared to physical stores.

I bought a backpack from Birdinbag for my sister as a back-to-school gift, and she loves it. The shipping was also very prompt, and I'll probably come back again.

I needed a wallet pretty much ASAP, so I ordered one from here. I was waiting for it to arrive for about a week, they had already charged my account. I check my emails to see what’s happened. The email went to junk. It was saying that the photos on the website were often misleading, and sent me another picture (same one as on the website???) and asked me if this would be acceptable before shipment. Which is strange because I would rather they asked me before they charged my card ??? Anyway I’m really annoyed now, I’ve never had to confirm an order after I’ve already bought it, and now I don’t have a wallet for my trip.

This is a dropshipping company. A dropshipping company lists products online using deceptive images (i.e. photos stolen from artists, AI generated images, screenshots from a luxury brand's websites); When someone buys an item from the dropshipping company, the dropshipper will send an imitation of the item in the image. (For example, a leather bag manufactured in Spain will be listed, but a plastic bag manufactured in china will be sent).
The USA's Better Business Bureau has graded BirdInBag as F. Their reason for giving the lowest possible grade is listed on the BBB's website as failure to respond to a complaint filed against them.
Images from a dropshipping website can be reverse searched to find the true manufacturer. To reverse search an image easily: right-click the image, choose "Copy Image Address", Open Google Search, Click on the camera-shaped "Search by Image" icon on the right side of the search bar, Right-click on "Paste an image link" and choose "Paste", then click "Search"
