Had an up and over garage door installed today. Extremely professional and efficient install team.
I would highly recommend this company if you are wanting a new door.

Superb service. The install team were excellent and resolved the challenges presented by the installation (old buildings) in a professional manner. The fully completed job looks and works brilliant. Would highly recommend Birkdale Garage Doors. If I every needed another, which I doubt, I would definitely use Birkdale again.

5 stars nothing less! I have had a great experience with Birkdale since contacting them, there team has been nothing but helpful and thorough.. my go to guy was Rob, and some bloke Rob is. I was unsure of what door I wanted/ needed and to be honest unsure why birkdale but after a few phone calls and emails I was fully aware of what product I wanted/ needed. Anyroad, 2 maybe 3 weeks later I.e this morning a team of 2 blokes turned up at the property on time, professional and friendly. The install went swimmingly. Props to the 2 blokes from sunny scunny 👍🏼

Whilst it was a couple of weeks wait for the survey to be completed (Christmas break), the service from Birkdale Garage Doors from start to finish can't be faulted. The surveyor (Hayden) phoned on the day to advise ETA and was extremely efficient and helpful. We placed an order there and then and the door was put into manufacture and fitting arranged for the next week. The fitting team arrived a little later than expected on the day but worked hard to finish the job to a high standard.

The experience from surveyor to installation was excellent. I can’t speak highly enough of this company total professionals at a very reasonable price. 10/10.

5 Star service from start to finish. From initial enquiry, to superb fitting of my 12ft x 7ft electrical roller shutter door by Sol & Ryan, who had already covered most of the Northwest that day, and worked until 8.45pm to finish the job, before driving back to Scunthorpe! Absolutely top notch service and a fantastic price. Highly recommend Birkdale Garage doors.

1st class from beginning to the end. Very friendly and efficient office management/ordering. More than prepared “to go the extra mile” to give great value and service. Topped off by 1st class fitting service fulfilled by two excellent young fellows who were very efficient and really cared about doing a great job. The attention to detail was impressive.

I recieved 4 quotes and chose Birkdale on reviews, price point and British made product, worth the wait. The Installation, removal and minor remedial work all carried out professionally. My nieghbours have all commented, recommendations have already been given. Thank you to Marc, Ryan and especially Hayden who suggested the double glazed vertical window on the survey visit. Game changer.

I spent a lot of time checking out companies to fit a new garage roller door after having a really bad experience with a Garolla door. I came across Birkdale from an internet search and liked their reviews so I asked for a quote. The sales team, Rob and Clare were very quick to respond and organise a free site assessment. Rob gave me some good advice and I agreed to them fitting my new roller door. Three weeks later Chris and Alex turned up and did an excellent job fitting the new door - very professional and attentive to detail - thanks guys. The best is the door works well and looks fantastic. Highly recommended. :-)

I bought a sectional garage door some years back; it was installed brilliantly. Anyway, just recently, the garage remote started to fail - wear and tear of the buttons. Birkdale were super, advising on the potential of recoding to another button and also offering the service of a new remote. Following delivery, they continued their excellent customer service.

I had a poor customer experience, but I’m very happy with my new garage door and the quality of the fitting. The companies communication needs work, the full payment in advance requirement left me feeling powerless, the appt timekeeping was poor, but I had a genuine apology from the owner who seems like a genuinely decent person and that is rare these days. I also have an excellent door with quality components. On balance, I’m happy I chose Birkdale.

Had an electric remote control roller door installed yesterday absolutely delighted with it as had been told by other companies that it wasn’t possible ! Highly recommend

Really happy with this company and the up and over garage door I purchased from them. Ryan and Sol arrived to fit it today. They were both friendly and very efficient. I am delighted with my new garage door.

We purchased a roller door In September 2018 and had nothing but trouble. The garage door is used once maybe twice weekly which is classed as light usage. We have had trouble with the locking straps from the word go. Just about to purchase replacements for the third time. Very bad design.

Right from the quote stage through to the installation, this company has impressed me.
I found them on Google, they responded straight away with a competitive quote and were really helpful with sharing real colour samples, flexible on dates and great payment options.
The installation guys, Sol and Ryan, called an hour before they arrived, were polite and conversational, really neat and tidy with their work and super professional.
I wish more companies were like this, I would not hesitate to recommend.
And yes, this is a real review, by a customer that paid real money. This company is great!

Very good communication between the sales team and the fitters. Thank you for a first class job, we are very pleased with their excellent quality garage door. Once again thanks to all the team, especially Fin and Hayden who came down from Scunthorpe on a Saturday morning, arriving at 10.00 as planned and made an excellent job of fitting the door.
