The only latest for 6 months and then…
The only latest for 6 months and then the glue came loose. Brought the shoe back to the store. Got offered a new pair or money back. We choose a new pair. Current size wasn't avaible. We needed to keep an eye on the site so we could ask for them when they came in. Now declined a new pair even if we got this on mail. Never heard so much excuses of why the store doesn't want to go ahaid with it. A very very very big disappointment!

Jammer dat we je moesten teleurstellen. U kocht de schoenen in december 2019 en heeft hierover de eerste keer contact genomen in september 2020. Na het verzenden van de foto’s, die helaas niet scherp genoeg waren om de staat van de schoenen vast te stellen, werd door uw echtgenoot bevestigd dat de Birkenstocks verder werden afgedragen. De schoenen zagen er bij het bezoek aan ons verkooppunt te versleten uit om als vroegtijdige slijtage te aanvaarden. We hebben hierover meermaals contact gehad om u de situatie te verduidelijken. Helaas had u hier geen begrip voor.

I needed to return the shoes because the slippers are much too wide. Birkenstock is not not paying the costs for the return what is totally unusual.
I am not ordering Birkenstock again

We are very disappointed our service could not satisfy you. A possible language barrier might have caused this misunderstanding. On our website, we clearly mention that the returning cost will be charged to the customer. From next month on, our website will be available in Dutch, French and English as prevention for further misunderstandings.

I bought 2 sizes, so obviously going to return the wrong size pair. No free returns!! Come on, this is 2020, will not order again...
Nevertheless, if you don't mind paying for your returns, the shoes arrived very quickly.
