Ordered shoes online - no refund!! be careful when you order online
Ordered shoes online. One pair didnt fit, so I immediately returned it. UPS has delivered my return and I can see it in tracking info clearly. I have contacted Birkenstock 10 day after return has been delivered and they said there is complications with my return and they cant process refund and asked wait for 14 business days. It has been 14 business days and customer service is now saying "they have not registered receipt of the package". It is just outrageous as UPS clearly states signed delivery back and date. basically no money back if you return the goods. I have never experienced such a break of customer rights.
