Seemed great until there was a problem

Seemed great until there was a problem.

We ordered 2 feather flags on 26th April, at a cost of >£350, with delivery by 1st May.

I had to chase them to dispatch it and provide a tracking number

When it didn’t turn up they told me they couldn’t contact FedEx to chase it - which is a lie.

When asked what they were doing about it they promised the complaints manager would be in touch within 15 minutes and then went silent.

It’s now 6th May and we still haven’t had a response from the complaints manager.
