Sadly we didn’t get to use our pool it was unopened the return was simply and easy and received, we quickly got a full refund it was around £10 to send it back

Universal tap adaptor is a failure
Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with the products from Birth Pool in a Box.
My due date was 6th February but my son was born in Feb 13th.
I had borrowed a regular pool, so bought a kit with hose, tap adaptors and thermometer. As there were 3 kinds of tap adaptors we did not worry about trying especially cause one of them is a universal tap adaptor. But during labour we realised none of the adaptors fit any of our taps at home, not even the universal adaptor, which was quite disappointing and frustrating. So we had to change my plan to give birth in a pool, and instead I spent active stage in my bath and pushing stage I spent leaning in 4 on my yoga ball. Due to the circumstances I am now trying to sell the kit I did not use... alternatively maybe I could get a refund and send it back.

very well made and sturdy. Very spacious, lots of room to move around in which is great for getting into different positions. The liner fits perfectly & is also very well made. Unfortunately I didn't get to have the birth that I wanted due to staff shortages but my partner and little one had a lovely time in it whilst I was feeding our newborn.. Will definitely recommend to anyone to have one & will definitely use for if we have anymore little ones!!!!
