In the past two days I had issues trying to mess with my server and completely messed it up. Luckily with both Ian R and Andrew G's help they got everything back to normal and even helped update my current modded server to the newest version!

The issue with my server was addressed in less than 5 minutes and resolved in under 15 minutes. hi i just don’t understand why i would pay 40$ and the server runs out of memory every hour. i have at most 5 people and the pack i picked says upto 20 people. so to help that problem i decided to pay the extra 5$ to boost my memory temporarily but can only do it for a few hours one time a week. just seems kinda ridiculous to me honestly. maybe its the mod im using but crashing resetting progress every hour isn’t necessary a fun way to play.

With only 5 players, you should not be dealing with crashes or memory issues every hour, especially when the modpack is advertised for much larger player counts. While some modpacks can be unusually demanding or have memory leaks depending on the mods included, constant crashes and rollback issues are definitely not the experience we want for you.
Our temporary RAM boost option is intended for short-term usage spikes, but we understand why it feels frustrating in this situation. We would really like the opportunity to investigate the pack and server performance further to see if there is an underlying issue causing the excessive memory usage or crashes.
Please reply to the support ticket we opened. Our team can review the server logs, startup settings, and modpack behavior to help improve stability.

I've switched from G-Portal to BisectHosting for my Satisfactory Server. Setting up the Server with mods I had some trouble I've made myself, not from BisectHosting itself. I've had contact with the Supporter Jacqueline and even with my broken english as german, they had no trouble at all to help me step-by-step trought the process of my own mistake.

I had trouble accessing an account with an active subscription that I just noticed after a few months and they got me into it in no time and helped me figure out the whole deal. Got a refund for the last month and account credit for the remaining time that I did not have access to the accoun. Very fast and very friendly customer support.
