This is by far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Now lets get down to the actual issue. I purchased a pair of Orion 15 inch active speakers on the 16th of February 2022 they arrived promptly. I unboxed the speakers and put them out to work on the 26th of February, debut night for these speakers. I mostly got good feedback from the sound coming from the speakers The following week they were again out at the same venue. An hour into the night one of the speakers failed totally. The gig had to be finished with one speaker. I promptly contacted Andrew who informed me they don't open at the weekend (fair enough). I was told to e-mail Victoria for a return label which was eventually sent me advising me that I would have to pay the cost of the return for their faulty goods. Watch this space! I don't pay for faulty goods to be returned.

Fantastic service from both Andrew and Victoria, and the products arrived really quickly. I ordered some of the 12” Orions and all I can say is wow - amazing quality and the sound that comes from these units is incredible for such a compact speaker. Highly recommend for anyone looking for premium quality sound at affordable prices!

I ordered a 12inch speaker on the second week of November 2021 that said pre order ,expecting maybe a 4week delay maximum only to be told once the order was placed that the item is expected to be shipped to me some time after the first week of January 2022 , if I had known it would take this long I could have gone elsewhere or wait until January to order . Rather than putting pre order why not just put the expected month, holding on to customers money for two months ,despicable

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I really feel like I need to leave this one as I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life!
I ordered a BishopSound Orion 12 Speaker. It arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the speaker did not work. There was just the odd electrical noise. I rang them straight away and described the fault. They said it must have been damaged in transit as all units are tested before they leave them.
I was told they would email a returns label and would send another unit out to me. After a few days I emailed again asking when I might expect the replacement speaker. This time I was told that the engineer would be looking at it and that it would be returned to me. I said that I would prefer a replacement speaker rather than having the repaired one sent back to me. The response was simply “It is a new speaker, it had a loose wire”.
I was not happy about this but thought I would just see how it was once it arrived.
The speaker turned up and it did work………but I noticed there were 3 very noticeable marks on it. One being on the front which was very hard to miss and one on the side which looks like someone has tried to hide the mark by using a black pen.
I immediately emailed to inform them of this and their reply really shocked me…..”It is the same speaker which was sent last week. Its professional PA equipment which will get ‘knocked’ about when you are out gigging. If you are not happy return and I’ll refund you”.
I know that gear can get knocked about, but I would like to be the one that marks it. I don’t expect a supposedly brand-new speaker to be already marked.
So, I replied and said it is already boxed up ready for collection and I’ll await a refund.
Their next email was just as abrupt……. “It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the courier. Please see our Returns Policy”. And there was a screen shot of the Policy stating that all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee!
I could understand the restocking fee if I had just changed my mind about the purchase, but this was not the case.
So, I replied quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015, that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
After that I magically got a returns label sent to me. The Unit was collected the following day. And then yesterday I got a full refund.
I certainly will not be dealing with this company again.

Fantastic customer service and its about the only company I would deal with going further.
I tried to purchase some top range amplifiers with other suppliers which didn't go well on their behalf with bad customer service .
I spoke to Bishopsound and got my orders straight away without hesitation, I then recieved my items but required advise and this was done without waffling it was spot on and I was guided in the right direction.

I spoke to Andrew about my requirements and he suggested the Orion 15 bluetooth speaker
All I can say is the power is ridiculously loud I tested it in the garden today and I only had it set to half way the sound quality is excellent tops mids and bass it has a very good low end regardless it's not a subwoofer I listen to alot of drum and bass alot of bass I like it's not necessary to get a subwoofer but it all depends on how much bass you really want that's because it's a 15 inch woofer the bass is good so it's perfect but I will get the subwoofer at some point but its £600 so I better start saving
I was going to buy the sony XB72 or and LG megaboom box and Andrew said don't waste you money on that rubbish his stuff is very competitive with all the top brands but his stuff is brilliant the equipment not cheap but it's not expensive but your getting the best quality speaker you can buy for indoors or garden etc

I have no regrets

Finally got time to test my new 4 channel zenith amp out and its brilliant thanks to Andrew for the advice on this one...

I spoke to andrew regarding a replacement driver for a cerwin Vega folded horn, we chatted for about 20 minutes, bearing in mind we have never spoke before, it was like chatting to a friend! He was so helpful, he even suggested that I sign up for a newsletter so I'll get discount on my first order! Which I did
The replacement driver was delivered, I fitted it into the box and wow what a diffrence that made! I really can't thank andrew enough. If anyone is questioning whether to purchase off this company or not, just do it, you wont be disappointed!

Great service starting with prompt response to my enquiry followed by delivery in less than 48 hours and a great sounding product. Will definitely recommend Bishopsound to others.
