First, i was skeptical because of the fear of dealing with people i never meet in person but the person i spoke to, by name Fatima allay my fear. She was respectful, understanding and professional. She promised that Bismilah Travels is real and I found out they are real. The whole transaction was done on the phone and it was successful. The flight ticket and hotel reservation was made with ease. I was able to confirm the flight ticket too.Am just waiting on my umrah visa which will come INSHA ALLAH.

Excellent customer service, economical package, guide ce from A to Z

Absolutely amazing service! Fatima was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered all my questions with professionalism.

Bismillah Travels provides personalized service and is very flexible in their approach. They make sure to select hotels and flights that match your requirements, and never push for a deal just for their own business. They play fair! They offered me six different options to choose from based on my needs. Kiyani is a super nice guy!
