Our family had the honor of performing Umrah in January 2026, and we entrusted Bismillah Tours to organize everything. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. They gave us multiple package options, clearly explained every detail, and helped us choose what worked best for our family.

My parents are senior citizens and traveled on their own. They’re not very tech-savvy and needed extra care and guidance throughout the journey. During the trip, both of my parents unfortunately became seriously ill in Madinah and had to be hospitalized. They ended up overstaying for seven additional days beyond the original plan. He personally checked in with us every single day to make sure my parents were okay and to see if we needed anything.

We were planning to go to Umrah but with the escalation of violence we end up not traveling. During our inquiry and planning process, Hamza was very responsive and always able to answer questions and provide us reasonable quotes. Hope we will plan the travel and we will come back to Him. I was a little apprehensive at first but after dealing with my agent, Rawal Abbas, he put my mind at ease. He over communicated with me to the point where I felt very comfortable and delivered upon everything he said. From the transportation to the Umrah guide everything was exactly as he described. The driver and the guide were both exceptional throughout the entire way and not only did they make us comfortable but ensured that we knew exactly what was going on. The hotels were much nicer than I expected and felt like we received first class treatment the entire time. I would absolutely use them in the future and not only that I will recommend them to anyone that is considering going for Umrah or Hajj.
