Empty promises regarding my withdrawals. Topciphertrails got involved and changed the situation. I got a refund swiftly.

Slow response to customer inquires. Lack of structure in who do I contact? Why isn't anyone responding? At the end of my hosting contract they stole my deposit.

I was advised to move my BTC from crypto.com to bitcapitalassets and it started to grow. Then after 2-3 weeks I couldn't login info my account! Everything I had is GONE! I was totally scammed! I can no longer find it anymore! My phone said that it wasn't safe to go to the site! Now I have NOTHING AND NO WAY TO GET IT BACK! THATS How AN ELDERLY DISABLED WOMAN IS TREATED! Definitely a scam. Put £250 into BitPlus Capital. Had an account manager who stayed in touch for a while. Then nothing for ages. Had a phone call to say I needed to cash out as I had £171k. Did not believe a word. I was at work so arranged for a call on my day off. Not heard anything since. Glad it was only £250 I risked. They need reporting as scammers

Trusted Bitplus Capital to invest my money. Made great profit but their drive and greed to get you to take out loans and cash in ISA or pensions took away the excitement of making money to help me retire and pay off my mortgage. No mention of the additional fees to release my profits and will not give me my investment back which is my money. Stay well clear of this company. They have no right stating their score on trust pilot based on my experience and others I am seeing in similar reviews.

Deposited 5K worth of Ethereum, was pending, then it disappeared from the transactions tab and the chat is telling me last few days to await email, I checked trustpilot too late, but I will make a blog about this exchange and rank it on google, I will try to get a US lawyer and sue these mofo's. And I already started sharing this in private groups full of investors, SCAM exchange, stay away and don't get scammed like me.

I was told by someone online that I would only need to invest a few hundred dollars and I would earn 10 percent returns daily.

I invested $400 and the returns came but when I attempted to withdraw money ($1000) it failed. I asked and they stated that I need to pay a yearly trade fee of $4000 to withdraw funds. I didn't have that money yet so I continued to re-invest to gain more profits. Eventually two months into investing I came up with the money to pay the trade fee.

So I transferred the money to them and verified it was received. Attempted to withdraw and support reached out stating they couldn't transfer the funds out because I was based in the United States and I would need to pay a tax of 20,000 to withdraw. If I lived in Hong Kong China I wouldn't have to pay that Fee. I guess they assumed I lived in Hong Kong.

NEVER EVER EVER Invest in this JOKE of a company!! A scammer is a nice way of describing this morally bankrupt dumpster fire!

They are the same bit-capitals.com / bitcapitalco if returns are too large to be real, they aren't. These people are stealing your money and gaslighting you to believe you are the reason you aren't getting your money.

I invested £1000 and my account manager starting trading for me. The initial results looked really good and I was happy.

After 4 weeks they informed me that this will only continue if I invest £10,000 for the minimum package.

I was sceptical and decided to try withdraw some money. My first £100 withdrawal was approved but later requests were ignored.

When 4 weeks elapsed I refused to upgrade my account as I couldn't easily access my money when I wanted too. Withdrawing money should be so much easier and I had doubts as to whether or not it was legitimate.

Grudgingly, they said they would have to close my account, which I accepted. I was told that 21 BUSINESS days to receive my deposit, and a further 14 BUSINESS days to receive all other earnings.

After 21 days there was no money and my account could not be logged into. Thankfully, I saved my new account managers numbered and continued to call until I got an answer.

He had to reopen the account and get me to submit my withdrawal again. I believe I received my deposit that same day.

After another 14 days there was no money and contacting them got harder. I therefore phoned on 3 different occasions to be told an appointment was booked. THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED BACK.

I just noticed my account isn't available again.

They may return your deposit.

The other reviews about phone calls will be true, but this is to be expected.

When signing up you know you risk losing all your money in trades. That is a risk you take.

HOWEVER, WHEN YOU STOP TRADING ALL MONEY SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO WITHDRAW. THIS IS A REAL PROBLEM.

Never try this company . They are scum. Be careful they are not registered.
They polite at first , will first transfer for your profit just to get ur confidence and then will rip you.

This is my 3 time that I write and nothing is helping. DONT INVEST WITH THEM THEY BLOCKED ME ON EVERYTHING AND I CANT EVEN SEND THEM EMAIL. THEY STOLE 1000 DOLLARS FROM ME AND THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE !!!!!!

I'm not able to get rid of them. They sold my data to all kind of online trading companies and I receive so many phone calls from different phone numbers about various online trading platforms.

I will probably change my phone number because of them! Terrible experience!
