Total Scam, do not use them…fake trading platform…luckily bailed just £350 in….absolute con!

I have had to call their support twice…
I have had to call their support twice in the past month due to different issues with the platform. Both times I was able to get assistance from the tech support and the person was able to diagnose the issue and resolve the problems quickly. But I still can't give it 5 stars.

BITGALAXY IS A SCAM, they lead you on and on telling you they will give you your money but never do, then disappear of the face of the planet

They are scammers I lost over £100,000 no return a guy called Lucas who was in charge of my accounts was only one of the team ,kept asking for more money to release my funds which were fake coins USDT ,tried getting in touch no chance ,had to get fraud squad involved but not much hope of getting anything back should have known better at my age 78.

Previously put a review on this site to warn people not to trust these scammers called BIT GALAXY and in particular MICHAEL CUTLAND. My last email discussion with him suggested I owed a transfer fee of several thousand and since then his email has gone down and any text messages to his phone are bouncing back. I just received a phonecall at 14.15 on Monday 17th July from 'bit galaxy' saying that they only deal with business customers now and that they wanted Access to My computer to refund me My money..needless to say I declined and told them to Ring Me back. I promptly rang a computer expert who advised what could happen once they had access to My computer. My advice to anyone reading this is is totally avoid bit galaxy or any other company that you could associate with it. Most of the mobile numbers start with 07476. Michael cutland is still active on what's app.These people are still out there please don't get caught out.

I cannot stress enough that these people are pure evil! They took out loans in my name and have left me high and dry trying to scrimp to pay off £80,000worth of debt! Now having to rely on food banks to feed my son and myself....

These horrific excuses for human beings have no remorse and will strip you of everything!

This is a scam. They have no intention of paying you anything. Not a penny. They will lean on you to invest more & more. If that fails they will tell you that they are going to do a quarterly liquidation of your account & will send a token in USDT to you wallet. This is a fake token. It is valueless. They will then tell you that you have to pay the brokers' commission up front. It is 'company policy' because of people who have refused to pay the brokers' once they have received their funds. Then, someone (Jason in my case) will contact you - tell you that you need a "proof of wealth" to satisfy HMRC that you are not money laundering. This also will need to be paid up front. Your broker will do this (Alex, Lucas, Damien or Dylan). He will inadvertently put it in your trading account. Never mind, they'll send it to your wallet, but you'll have to repeat the transaction. If you refuse, as I did, they'll hang up on you.
If you contact the good folks who run your wallet (I used Atomic) they can tell you if the token(s) Bit-Galaxy sent you are genuine. Mine were not. Worthless.
These people are good old fashioned con-men. They are soulless criminals.
I refused to invest more than £2000, but I still lost way more, just trying to get it back.
I am old & foolish.

They are working with cratos.net to whom they are sending money! Also bitgalaxy.net.org is the same company!!! I know that I am a stupied man, but i am 85 years old and they just scammed me!!! I lost my money, i trusted to Jason!
Also they work with cratos.net(scam exchanging platform) they took my money without any conformation today!!! I lost 7000$ more!!! They jyst reported to FTC and EU EC!!! I hope more people will see my review!!! I want to prevent scamming!

Like all the others, i had seen my money grow, but couldn’t get it out. So lost £500 there
But also, i think they hacked my revolut account , as my revolut bank details for payouts had been changed and i have lost £600 here too. The sort code My revolut bank account was changed to 04-03-40
I have lost over £1,000 but relieved not to have made a bigger mistake!

This is a big scam I invest 350£ and day been playing the games with me the money rise to more than 1400£ and i ask them for withdrawn and they said we can't now some stupids reasons... bull***t that's all now they shut everything... so I'm prettu sure I lost..

They are gone now, the site is down
I love the way they work in creating a new contract with fake USDT and making people think they got transferred money so they will give more.

I invested the minimum 250 euros on 8/3/23
I was really happy with Bit Galaxy and up to two days ago my balance had increased to over £800 with automated trading……ignored the numerous pestering phone calls over the last few months
Then ! Two days ago I was unable to log in ….web address not recognised……Tried emailing my rep and it immediately bounced back…address not recognised
Phone support and ,you’ve guessed ,the number is not in service.
Lost my money for sure but so glad I was never persuaded to invest more …… despite constant pestering by these crooks

Been trying to email James who set the account up but they keep bouncing back. The web site has closed down.Let’s see if they contact me after leaving this. Shame I was just about to withdraw £1000 from my fake account.

I'm really happy with the service, the support is always helpful but sometimes takes a while to answer, so there is where to grow, bit galaxy!:)

Bit-galaxy.net..... today, 26 June 2023 /this site can't be reached... I'm not surprised... I think it must have been created by the same gang who created bit-galaxy.com which, how odd, also 'can't be reached'. I expect all the five star ratings have been written by the people who created bit-galaxy in its various forms. Golly, how much money have these crooks made out of the ruins of so many peoples' lives? Luckily I've only lost £199, £219 invested and then withdrew £20 the same day as 'proof' of how wonderful bit-galaxy was. Surely there ought to be some international policing of these crimes?

This month I made over 30% on my investment, I'm super satisfied.

Welcome Back everyone. So 2 weeks ago Michael Cutland asked me to take down my 2 Negative reviews on TrustPilot that I had posted about him & Bit-Galaxy.net He said by doing so that I would be paid in full within seven days. He also said that the full monies owed would be paid directly into my Revolut bank account. They were given these bank details. We are 2 weeks on and still nothing has been received. He says they’ve been paid, I’ve asked for proof of payment, which he said he will do. Still no sign of either.

They are all Absolute Conmen, Liars & Thieves. This Bit-Galaxy.Net is a Fraud of the highest order.

A few weeks back I asked Michael for a FaceTime call or to send me a WhatsApp of him holding his passport. He said he can’t do that. We now all know why, as they are not the people they are letting everyone believe they are on the photo of his & Jeff Flitz email signatures are not them.

More details on these ScumBags are to follow over the coming days. A contact number will be going up as well for others to direct message as info can be shared and forwarded to the Professionals tracking them down.

This company is a scam, they have conned a family member out of thousands of £ which is not only affecting their mental health and other family members. This family member is now at risk of losing their house.

There is no support within the financial system. Banks are saying to look at trust pilot , but the postive reviews seems to be scams , most of the 5 star reviews are from outside the UK , but if a negative review , the response is we don't work with people outside the UK, this is showing how much of a scam this company is.

AVOID Like you would avoid catching covid 19 or the plauge.
