Hello Lesley,
I can see that your not blaming us but Royal Mail but the 1 star is against us not Royal Mail as its on our page. We have also looked on the live tracking from Royal Mail and they did try to attempt to deliver your package at 12:30pm the day after you ordered which is in the time frame of next day by 1pm which you purchased.
Ourselves and royal mail did all we could to get your order delivered next day. 1 Star is a little unfair to us as we did post it and Royal Mail tried to deliver with in the time.
Were always available on the phone for any help or advice you may need.
