The product has not been shipped yet and there is no date as to when it will ship. I liked the sale price but now I am thinking it is to good to be true.

Thank you for the reply. I understand 1* is unfair and shipping is taking longer than normal but it says it hasn’t even been prepared to ship two weeks after the order. I also don’t appreciate being asked to place a survey on an item that hasn’t been sent. If the standard is 4-6 weeks then that is when the survey should be sent.
For the record this was a close out item. I don’t understand how it was priced incorrectly as it’s been posted for over three weeks at this price. I also don’t understand why the discount affects shipping time or the lack of customer service.

Hi Taylor, you have selected standard post, at this time it is taking 4-6 weeks from Australia to USA. It would have been nice if you had of contacted us prior to posting a 1* review. We have done everything right from our end, you also got a 2 x $269 products for $168 delivered - this was a pricing error on our behalf but we will always honour our pricing on placed orders.
