The product came in as shown online. It arrived in a timely manner. I wear the product ( Bitbird silver necklace) everyday.
I wanted to purchase another t-shirt or two but i feel that you have no stock or stopped producing them which i understand but i wish i had more merch options in terms of Bitbird merch like the classic caps, t- shirts and hoodies. I love the label and brand. TY <3

Great product, delivery experience could be better
I liked the packaging. I also liked that I always knew where my product was during the delivery. The product looked as expected. I just would like to be able to track my delivery w/o having to download an app that problably won't use after this.

I ordered back in November. Never received my purchases. Customer service gave me a tracking number that “doesn’t exist” and now I’m trying to get a refund and no one is replying to me. Don’t order from them.

Place an order containing a couple items, package status is unknown and have not heard back from support after reaching out several days ago. Would definitely steer clear, unless you're interested in just burning money.
