Fantastic experience dealing with Bitcade, my machine looks insane in my bar and all my friends and family are loving reliving some old retro gaming nostalgia

Was ordered for a day center for adults with disabilities. Brilliant customer services, product was as advertised (if not better !) and delivered on time. Our learners LOVE it !! They are already talking about fundraising to get another !!

Delivery was on time and driver helped get it in the house. Packed really well started up with no issues and straight into reliving my childhood.

Found this company on Facebook, I got in contact & Ethan was very helpful, I was originally going to get a coffee table but when I saw them at the Bitcade unit I decided to go for the cocktail table instead.. well worth the money. I absolutely love my new toy & although I upgraded to 412 games, I still find myself playing the same games over & over again.. I'm a very happy customer...

I received my arcade machine back in September (27 inch screen, upgraded pc, hyperspin, upgraded sound system, upgraded Sanwa joysticks, light gun). Having now had chance to play around with it a bit, I wanted to give a balanced review.

Firstly-the very good.
Communication and Delivery- The communication from bitcade has been excellent throughout. Ethan has been incredibly responsive to all my queries and the team has assisted very quickly in respect of a few teething problems. They have logged on to my machine remotely and resolved issues quickly. I found the ordering process very good and after sale assistance equally as good/responsive. Delivery was likewise excellent. The machine was delivered on time and packaged incredibly well.

Build quality. I cannot fault the build quality of the cabinet at all. It is built to an amazing standard-incredibly happy with it-looks superb and the joysticks/sound system etc are great.

Not quite so good/ Points to flag to avoid disappointment:
1) software is glitchy at times
2) if you get a 27 inch screen or above, games will look more pixilated than the originals. Unfortunately the pc does not appear powerful enough to install scan lines (though credit to bitcade they did try!!) which would mitigate this issue.
3) if you have a gun you will probably find they need to remove the bezels on all game displays to make it work properly. It is a bit frustrating as it look far better with them instead of just big black borders around the display.
4) Quite a few of the games (especially 3d games) run slow with echoed sound. In fairness this is probably more due to the mame files than anything else but don’t expect 100% arcade quality as perhaps I naively did. The games do however load very quickly on the upgraded model and many games are accurate.

If I had time/was more technically minded I’m sure some of the above issues could be resolved. But I don’t and i’m not! If anyone does find a way to resolve these (other than by buying a more powerful pc as was suggested) please let me know!

Overall, very happy with the machine but worth flagging the above to avoid disappointment.

This arcade machine is a must have to all the gamers out there.
The build quality is top end and looks fantastic and so many games to choose from.

Having started my arcade gaming back in the 70’s I have always dreamt of having my own real arcade machines and even playing MAME on my Tv and PC was just never the same.
So last year I decided to bite the bullet and go for it. I looked into it and decided to go for Bitcade after reading reviews.
I purchased a Pac-Man themed cocktail cabinet and… WOW! Absolutely amazing, better than I expected.
I was so happy with my first machine I have now just purchased an upright 4 player machine. Cannot wait. If it’s something you are looking at I cannot recommend Bitcade high enough.

unit delivered was unreal - very impressed

We wanted an arcade machine for our new office but didn't want a basic black box or an off the shelf design so Bitcade helped us choose the parts and helped us with the process of designing something custom for our business.

They were communicative and helpful throughout and very understanding when we were late to supply them with the artwork. They helped us with customisation of the trim and the buttons to make sure we got a super cool and fresh look.

The product arrived within the timescales outlined, and was packaged incredibly well. On unwrapping the cabinet we were blown away. The custom design was printed perfectly and applied to an incredibly high level. All hardware was installed perfectly and the machine is just a pleasure to play on. We couldn't be happier.

From start to finish of building the machine Bit Cade was fantastic.
The quality of the cabinet and all the components are 1st class.
Everyone in my family are now enjoying playing all the classic games at home.
I have recommended them to all my friends.

Fantastic pre sales service, machine working very well, I am currently more than happy with my machine, will give another review after a couple of weeks to see that the machine is still working. other than that I am 100% happy with my purchase.

Went to visit the factory and was shown all of the options - wasn't oversold but got great advice for the right cabinet and options. Which turned up exactly when it was promised and has been great fun ever since. Thoroughly recommend these guys and the great product!

Very professionally run company. I purchased my arcade game machine despite paying more than the other companies because the advisor on the phone knew his stuff and was not all pushy. Communication was very efficient and delivery was on time. In no time, we were playing the games. Pretty much idiot proof instructions. Definitely recommend .
