They Do Shadow-ban you!

CONTROLLED OPPOSITION: I began using this network 7 years ago as a covid-19 activism platform since unlike Youtube all related to covid-19 vaccine scepticism was censored.
Ray Vahey is most likely a British Intelligence asset since everything big gets V2Kd or harassed like myself. It is not open source and not about free-speech nor truth.
Most "BC celebrities" are controlled opposition, flat-earthers, creationists, schizophrenics, scam-artists etc. nearly totally USA centred.
A few months ago I started a channel called "Mirror" and certain videos would take hours or even days to be published. The message was "your video is being processed". 13 second videos would remain unpublished for hours or days but they would get published by other "users" most likely BC employees.
They claimed it was because of technical problems but those lasted for at least one month. I have evidence. I tried to sue them for misleading advertising and to get the $10K guarantee (They should NOT offer a reward if technically they cannot do it). Anybody who works in IT knows that it is easy to show a warning when the video is taking too long or errors happened.
I was about to report them to the police because they wouldn't allow me to remove my credit-card data. I even rejected the reward in exchange for a donation to Buddhist temple and an apology but they played dumb. My lawyer is trying to gain evidence for himself or sold me out... Everybody sells out to corps whose hitmen work for intelligence agencies. It's the sign of the times...
If you are committed to truth don't use it.

I am being overcharged with no customer service to fix the problem

I started out as a subscriber paying each month and then converted to every six months, and both of those plans worked well until they didn't. A few months before my six month due date in April of 2025, I accepted an offer of a lower rate for a whole year, thinking that they would stack that at the end of April's time and then I would not be due again for an auto pay until April of 2026. I was then charged in April of 2025 for the six month plan, ON TOP OF the new annual plan and then, this January 2026, I was charged a very high amount, more than three times the original annual amount offered January of 2025, PLUS I was CHARGED AGAIN TODAY Feb. 14, 2026, for another six month plan, as if their system is charging me for two parallel plans. I got no response from my email recently to them. EVEN IF ACCEPTING THE NEWER ANNUAL PLAN in 2025 MEANT THAT I HAD TO FORFEIT THE FEW MONTHS LEFT ON MY OLDER PLAN....I should have only been charged once in January of this year at the annual date and not twice. ALSO, THE AMOUNTS CHARGED DO NOT COINCIDE WITH WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. There is no advisory email to let you know ahead of time that a charge is coming and what your choices are and there is no clear membership pricing plan to be seen on their site anymore that I can find, other than a current offer to buy a Lifetime Plan streaming at the top of the site. I would be afraid of getting even that one, if it means that they would still continue to charge me for two other plans at the same time. I have sent a larger more detailed email today to both their email address and also to their "feedback box" on the website. So far, no response, so I will likely begin an investigation today with my bank since I have no customer service support from Bitchute and they could continue to randomly charge my account even if I settled for a Lifetime Plan.

An Ethical Embarrassment, but Commonplace Nowadays

I just tried to access a video listed, and clicked initially, but obviously beyond acceptable truthfulness parameters as it came up as error 404 when I looked after a clip I was already watching. (less than 10 minutes later) People who believe BitChute to be an ethical platform need to lose the nlinders and take an ethical objective look.

Edit- Incidentally, the clip was called, "GROW UP, Piers!" Roger Waters On Iran, Venezuela, Trump & Ozzy Osbourne"
and I'm watching it right now on Bing. Arguably far from an upgrade nowadays ethically, but are any platforms less than a scumbag competition competitor?

They auto renewed my payment

They auto renewed my payment. The only way to stop them from doing it again is by closing your account. They keep the money they took though. So now I paid for many months but in order not to lose money again I just closed my account... which I just paid for. Asked them to reimburse... no news from them since.

No Way Out Of Donation Once You Agree To It

First a paid membership that was really just a donation to help them provide a FREE SPEECH platform. Originally their fee was like a few dollars a month with an easy way to cancel. Later they changed it to an annual auto renewing membership that was significantly higher than their previous membership. So, when I saw the charge, I tried to cancel but it is impossible to without first contacting them by EMAIL and WAITING for them to reply. Of course, if they finally do they offered to permanently delete my channel!!! In other words, they don't want to refund anything and if you don't want to donate to their cause anymore, they delete your entire channel (which was free in the first place)! So, I am no longer interested in BITCHUTE as a FREE SPEECH platform. There are better alternatives.

used to be good; uploaded videos go missing

bitchute was good up to maybe 3 years ago.. I know this is a 'free' service but at least try to make it stable enough to generate income from free client content

Recently I noticed *many* of my hundreds of uploaded videos no longer load and I can't download them so many of them are lost forever!
