I have bought a key from them, for Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2024. They send me licence key that doesn't work. I contacted support but they are not responding. And since BITCODES is from INDIA, I don't think I will see my money or new key in my lifetime... I should've spend a minute for research about this sketchy website that doesn't have any contact for support on it's website. I should've known. DON'T BUY from them.

They even have the audacity to send a link for Trustpilot, but when you click it it has tracker on it...

Easy checkout, fast delivery

They manage to sell the same key twice, in different orders, with hours between the first and second.
Then, there's a chat option, which isn't really a chat at all, it just tells you to send an email. If it doesn't solve the problem right away, it's completely useless. A person buys the key to use it immediately, not to have to go through all these obstacles. Between writing an email, requesting a new key, and getting a response, I'd rather buy another one.

Horrible, I don't recommend it and I won't buy anything here again.

The order entry was an easy and simple process. This is the 3rd time that i order since the product is reliable. However, the customer service chat is not as good. Today I had a problem and since I started the chat the screen is open over 90 minutes.

Ordered a key for Microsoft Office 2014 Professional plus. Was around £8, but this was knocked down to £1.99 by way of a coupon code.

This site allowed me to use a credit card without an extra charge. Not keen on Google Pay and such

Great site with good products and affordable prices. But not very clear of witch site you get your download, is it a reliable site like Google or Microsoft.

Code for Office 2021 was dirt cheap and worked fine. Pdf instructions contained install files. No complaints. Will use again
