Terrible Support – Only Responds to BaFin Threats!
Avoid Bitcoin.de if you value customer service and access to your funds. My account was suddenly put into "In-Only Mode", blocking me from trading or withdrawing my own crypto. Despite multiple attempts to contact support through their contact form, I received zero responses for weeks.
Yes, they have a phone number—but don’t expect any real help. Someone answers, but they can’t do anything other than tell you to wait for an email response that never comes. There is no live chat and absolutely no accountability.
The only thing that finally worked? Threatening to escalate the issue to BaFin! Suddenly, I got a response. They closed my account without any further explanation and told me to withdraw my funds. This is completely unacceptable for a financial platform. If you're looking for reliability, transparency, or even basic customer support, stay far away from Bitcoin.de.

Terribly slow and antiquated service…
Terribly slow and antiquated service with fees that just do not seem reasonable... Plus, there is a 14.90 'identification fee' they charge.
Use a more reputable service.

I personally cannot recommend using bitcoin.de
Their coin exchange operation is very limited, they CHARGE MONEY for a verification system that doesn't work, and their fees are too high.

Worst company. Not recommended
Chose a different one. Bitcoin.de is the worst company I have ever seen. They are not letting me to transfer my bitcoin to my wallet. They always make things much more complicated than needed. Made better experiences with different ones. Stay away from them.
