Jacob is an excellent and professional representative. I had just received a call from someone named Andrew at BitCoin Ira and the number appeared correctly from Bitcoin IRA 1 - (877)936 -7175. Then he asked me to confirm that I wanted to transfer from my IRA to my cold wallet.. "I said NEGATIVE .. who are you ? He said I am Andrew. I said I am not comfortable and hung up. Jacob put my concerns to rest and said this occured a couple of times early today and was clearly a phishing scam. Then I asked aandrew to Freeze my account(s) from anyone doing transactions. I very much appreciate Jacob!

Phone Spoof and a real email
Almost simultaneously I received both an email from Bitcoin IRA and a phone call that had been spoofed with the BTC IRA name, asking if I am ready to confirm a withdrawal. I immediately hung up and called the direct corporate phone line where I spoke with Lucas. He reassured me that my account was intact and explained how frequent the phone call spoofing was happening.
A very nice and calm voice was reassuring!
