Great help for initiating my 2025 RMD
I had a question about taking my Required Minimum Distribution. Joelle explained the process, walked me through initiating the request online and made sure I was able to go through the process. I also had to change my address. Joelle helped me there and explained the required order between the change of address and requesting the RMD and made sure I understood the process. She made me very comfortable with the process. The experience was very positive.

I've been a BitcoinIRA customer since 2017. BitcoinIRA's customer service is second to none. I've found that to be true since day one. I also really appreciate their security protocols. Considering the amount of phishing going on today, it's nice to know that my account is safe and secure.
