What I have received so far has been working as expected, but it seems like it takes FOREVER for anything to ship. I'm not sure if anything is ever in stock. I placed 2 orders around 5 days apart. First one was marked as shipped 5 days after order, but didn't arrive at post office until 2 days after that. It has now been 5 business days since my second order was placed and it still hasn't shipped.

Been mining on a nerdqaxe++ and got a fatal error code out of nowhere. Device was no longer under warranty but Chris and the team at Bitcoin Merch came up with a way for me to get an extended warranty so ill be getting a new one in the mail. They were very patient with me trying to trouble shoot the problem and went above and beyond to help me get another one on the way

Shipping and delivery was a lot longer than advertised, but set up and started mining in less than 15-min. Therefore, love the product.

Been dealing with Bitcoin Merch for quite some time now and its because of the customer service I keep coming back to them. My last order I was missing an item ( First time for that and not even mad about it ). I messaged Chris and he was able to resolve the issue for me right away.

I bought a Bitaxe (Ice Angel Edition) from them and i just could not wait to get this beauty, when i did get it in the mail to my disappointment the screen was having some issues. So i talked to Chris and this dude is the man, he understood, and walked me through a few things that can be done until he said we just need it looked at, so he got me a label and off it went back, but I quickly got a replacement for it, and let me tell you Chris was not messing around, that screen was mint and was not going NOWHERE but safely into my hands, and now this Ice Angel is burning the midnight oil. Great communication and services

Ordered nerdminer 2 10 pack combo for $249. Received 1 nerdminer. Which was sent through the post office to my email address instead of my home address. Drove to 3 post offices to track down order only to find out it wasn’t even the right order. Not a very good first order. I have called and left voice messages with no response.

The customer service alone makes me want to shop here again.
