I absolutely love bitcoin merch products. They are my number one trust in sight to buy from in America, and I live in Hawaii and every order arrives in them 2 to 3 days. Unlike other companies which order from China which cost 2 or even 3 times as muchand take 2 to 3 months to be delivered lol 😂 I honestly love bitcoin roach and their support staff 🤭❤️❤️

The order didn't get fulfilled - but I got a refund within 48 hours. Bitcoin Merch answered my questions almost immediately. Even though this transaction didn't go forward, I would happily buy from them again.

Got a Bitaxe Gamma. Took a little to get my network to allow to solo mine. Once turned off the AI blocker on my router it worked out great. The Customer service had great advice to help.

I just received my Gold Digger miner. I was having issues with getting it connected. Support at Bitcoin Merch were quick to help me get it connected. Its working just fine now and really satisfied at how quickly support was in getting back to me.

I had an issue with a defective miner. (Not their fault probably damaged in shipping) They were very responsive and sent a free return label and a free replacement.

It may cost a little more to purchase through them but having a person available to troubleshoot issues is well worth it.

I had a miner go down and the folks at Bitcoin Merch were super helpful and got it replaced. The warranty as a Whale pass member is the best. The new miner is up and running!

My son and I bought a 5 hundred dollar unit and a 700 dollar unit both have broke bitcoin merch wont repair them DO N9T BUY AMYTHING FORM THESE SCAMMERS.
