Scam artists PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY
Please please do not fall for this scam - you have been warned!! I was approached by a so called online broker under the company banner: NCAPITAL GPOUP.
These people pray upon weak vulnerable people to send money to them under the guise of get rich quick schemes through investment into crypto currency. It all sounds too good to true!
I must say it all looked pretty legit at first - the company website, the enquiry form filled on how to invest, the friendly voice on end of phone promising guaranteed riches with high returns of investment, email follow ups, links to Elon Musk endorsements of a newly launched currency (where the date shows as if it is breaking news).
It hurts to say they got me...how much should I invest I asked the person on the end of the phone call (must say a very pleasant chap who wanted to know all about me, my family, how important money is to me, what I could do with all the $$$$). The response was "only invest what you can afford at first sir, but I recommend starting off with £250." Sounded like a horror line from Wolf of Wall Street. The kind customer services rep sent me a link via email to transfer money from my account to a "secure" e-wallet...after all this was what I had heard was used for crypto and thought nothing of it...all was confirmed for locking in my trades and I was finally riding the crest of the intriguing crypto world. They promised me secure guaranteed returns with investments protected- told me they were FSA regulated, anti money laundering legitimate - all over the top of my head with their jargon. Overnight they showed me a profit of £150...all looked reasonable - links to the market, charts showing rise in my stock...WOW!! I said...sign me up for more...they had got me hooked..."invest MORE" said the person on the end of the phone the next day, just imagine the returns...what you could do with that extra profit!!
Foolishly I coughed up 2k more. Profits were up...the scammer on end of the call was giving me virtual high fives, we were winning together in a market I knew nothing about. A few days passed and then there was radio silence. I went into my "trader" page which showed all my profits had tanked and nothing left but a measly £78. Extremely concerned I called them, emailed them...no response...hours of trying their "call centre" finally I got hold of someone..."sir you invested in the market there is nothing we can do - prices go up and down...you lost, we cannot guarantee anything".
That was the end...then I looked the company up on the website for scams and found all was lost :'(...my hard earned money stolen under the greed of promised riches...
All I can say to anyone reading pls pls take care and report this company...they are opportunists who knows that they will find a vulnerable person...I just dread to think a vulnerable old person gets hooked line and sinker and lose everything to these selfish cruel people sitting in a dingy room conning good people. All I can say is BEWARE and use me as an example of what not to do.

I was looking for where to air my grievances, i got scammed a lot of money, (a feeling i am unused to). when i found trust pilot. I wish I had read reviews before I got scammed by FXTBrokers ..but never the less I found a review of a lady who got her money back through refund_cart (online). I reached out to them as well and explained my situation and I got my money back within the month. My advice is to be careful out there, together we can win against these scam companies.
scam and extremely annoying
I keep getting phonecalls from them even though I never signed up. I'm up to 6 calls a day.
I keep ignoring them but they keep calling. i've even answered and told them to stop but they keep going.
I've tried one of the bitcoin apps
I've used this platform several times and can say that this service is very effective. I got mixed results at the beginning but put that down to a very subdued market. Now the results seem to have stabilized and I've managed to get solid gains. Since using this platform I've never felt the need to try any other service for my bitcoin needs and transactions, they provided exactly what I needed. I felt safe using this software as a new user and was guided through the process every step of the way. This platform offers the best opportunity to invest in crypto based on a good profit ratio. Great company and support.
