Subject: Roles and Responsibilities and Obligations to BTAF Token Projects - termination. Private and Confidential
Dear Charlene Meiring
On 9 January 2023, you were formally notified of your breach of obligations under the Profit Share & Project Management Deed CMB 1939 (the “Agreement”).
As of 16 January 2023, you failed to rectify any of the stated breaches.
On 17 January 2023, you were notified for a second time, listing further breaches and obligations being neglected.
Today, the 23rd of January, 2023, we are sending you a third letter notifying you of the continued default of the obligations listed in the first two (2) notifications. These include but are not limited to:
1. The team has managed weekly bulletins for January 2023, while this is your obligation.
2. As part of Community Management, you should have notified the moderators in advance of a significant change in the chat channels and they were not given proper notice of their termination.
3. The “gift airdrop” document continues to have incorrect and missing data.
4. As Head of Projects, you have yet to present one project to the team, although you have been asked to do so since early December 2022.
5. On Saturday, 21 January 2023, you left the Core Team WhatsApp Channel, making it impossible to quickly and adequately communicate with you. We are unable to quickly arrange Team Meetings, as we did in the past and you have now missed some important team meetings between Saturday and to date.
As a result of the aforesaid, you remain in complete breach of your obligations under the Profit Share & Project Management Deed CMB 1939. Regarding clause 10.1(a), you have been given more than enough time to rectify these defaults. As of today, we are legally terminating your business with BitcoinTAF.com

As predicted, today XRP had an 80% vertical spike. All our predictions are playing out 100%. Bitcoin is now up 102%, Ethereum UP 129%, ADA jumped 71%, BitcoinCASH jumped 258%, Litecoin is UP 154%.
