these guys are dirty scammers up to no good...ive deposited and withdrawn a small amount once to eventually deposit a bigger amount but all of a sudden they charge about 62.5 usd of fees to process your transaction like they just shut the door on it...sorry is't mine, not yours anymore..what can you do about it?
ive never expected 62.5 of fees lol expect the unexpected..one thing or another they will take a shot at your money free of consequence
I tried to verify my account twice
I tried to verify my account twice. Now, with my Canadian Driver's license, My request was denied both times.
Customer service does not reply back to you to try and help you.
I do not recommend this site as I cannot remove my bitcoin unless verified, I will not put anymore bitcoin into this wallet
They will charge you a fee if you do not log in at least once a month.

It's starting to feel like they paid trustpilot to take down my review they are a scam but Rose Lane GP is on the case.
Very very high fees
I have 0.0041313 btc on this website. but I can't do anything with it because they charge high fees. According to customer service I pay 0.15% fees to this website and 0.001 fee. This is in my opinion absurdly high and unacceptable. Does anyone have any idea what I can do about this?
Scam
Its a scam, dont fall for it. They charge a fee of 0.001 for mining “gas” (50 bucks) when you try to withdraw BTC.
Gas fees overinflated
Gas fees overinflated, if you don't use your account for more than half a yer they start draining your account bit by bit. A scam company overall, avoid at all costs.
I have my Bitcoin gone

I wish there's a regulatory body to help curb their fraud

I've been using it for a few years to hold any bitcoin i collect. In September 2023 i tried login in and i can't. It never sends the reset email that is says its sent so i can't login or talk to anyone. DO NOT USE PEOPLE - Get a Crypto-Key and trust no-one, especially on the web.
I don't trust bitcoinwallet.com on Bitcoinwallet without…
I registered on Bitcoinwallet without KYC, I transfer 0.007326 BTC to the wallet, when I want to withdraw my BTC they ask me to do the KYC.. ok it's correct I do it, but after 4 attempts they still refuse to accept, they say that my photos are illegible!!! But I have already done kYC on Coinbase, Binance, kraken, and many others AND I HAVE NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS with them!!
I am forced to say that Bitcoinwallet.com is a scam,,,,
Follow-up on my initial review
To follow up on my initial review, I have discovered that BitcoinWallet's form is lacking essential information. Directly after entering your full name, there is a space asking for a date and gives example of format desired, but what it DOESN'T say is that it's for your date of birth. Additionally, towards the bottom of form, on the line for government id, all they want is the form's number, nothing else. I was putting in specific information as to the state AND the driver's license number, along with date of birth, issuance date and expiration date. It took almost 2 months of perseverance for me to find out these 2 essential pieces of information, but I am finally able to access my account! Good luck to those who needed this information.
I am shocked and dismayed that I did…
I am shocked and dismayed that I did not do my homework and check this website out before falling for their cute name and assuming they were legitimate. My experience mirrors that of the others on this blog. Once they get their hands on your money you can kiss it goodbye. All you will get is one excuse after another but as in my case, they make it impossible to get into your wallet. These guys need to be arrested and taken away in handcuffs. If you have been the victim of this scam PLEASE join me by filing a complaint with the FBI Internet Crime Division. You can find the link easily on Google and you can complete a one page form.
Let’s put these crooks out of business and in jail where they belong.
