Hello guys,
I am still in the process of court, and it is clear that this company is a scam. they never answer back to police request. their adress is moving from one country to another.

All their good comments are fake and paid.

Don't be fooled by them, they will scam you like they scammed me, name on my headline helped me.. you can contact them if you need help too

Ordered Iphone. Wrote to customer support, no answer. 100% SCAM

They stole our product listings word for word along with our images.

You will never get your purchase if you go here as they do not carry any of the stock listed on their website.

Stay far away.

Edit* : 7 months later they’ve requested more information on the review in the hopes that Trustpilot will delete it. This company is a scam. Stay far away from them and their stolen listings.

Edit 2: It is now February 24th, 2025 and they have told Trustpilot that this review is about another business in the hopes that we would not respond and Trustpilot would remove the review. This company is still an absolute scam. Stay as far away as possible.

Bought 2 articles (#4193 and #4192 order numbers) 13 days ago, which are still "on hold".

Tried to contact the support team on every channel I found (on the website, an email, on facebook) and never got an answer.

For now, it feels like a scam! take care guys

I am 100% recommending this Business, its the first time i have ordered something and get it this quickly, when i purchased a watch i didn't think i was going to have it just after a day, they were very professional, i am not certain of the name but Juli or Julia from customer service should get a raise. "happy customer"

hi, this is one of the best website in the world in term of professionalism.

To say I’m angry is an understatement. $5000+ seemingly down the drain (I bought a drone, a PS5, a new phone, some light decorations, and some AirPods), especially as I paid $150 extra shipping for 1-3 day postage - and 3 days down the line, not so much as an email.

No tracking number, no communications, nothing.

I’ve reached out to ALL their social media channels, their support email, and their live chat on their website, with no response at all.

Don’t be like me - don’t waste $5000 on what seems like, based on their actions (or lack thereof), a very big scam.

I either want my order posted within the next 24 hours, or I will initiate a Consumer Rights Act government-level investigation due to the scale of this apparent fraud.

Also - it doesn’t help when so many reviews are clearly fake and paid for. They’re incredibly easy to spot, follow the same script, with the same broken English. Not a good sign.

If they reply to this suggesting they’ve been trying to reach out to me, that’s also false - before I made my order, I read their reviews and spotted a similar poster where they commented saying they’ve been trying to reach out. I made sure I typed my contact details precisely and correctly, and monitor my inbox multiple times a day, multiple times per hour. If they say that, it’s patently false.

Refund me or give me the items I paid so much for.

23/08 - Item not yet dispatched, ordered 3 weeks ago. Showing as "in stock" on site, but has been "processing" since the order was made. No response when contacted via support email, support form, or live chat. Totally ignored by site.

Edit 08/09 - Continue to be ignored by all contact methods

Edit 27/09 - Still no contact. Blatant scam

Order placed on July 27, 2021 for the amount of ~$800 in Bitcoin was NEVER FULFILLED. THIS IS THEFT!

No contact whatsoever from BitCryptoMarket (except the reply to this review, asking to email “support” which does not reply)

I will not stop until I get my Bitcoin back or the item I PAID FOR is shipped.

Edit: Still have not received any response or resolution to this issue. Company continues to ignore all forms of contact.
