Bad shipping and customer service ( from the U.S. to Italy)

I want to say first of all that I really like the lipstick itself both as a color and as a quality.
What i didn't like at all was the shipping.

The lipstick package arrived a few days ago but I want to point out that the conditions in which it arrived were not in my opinion acceptable. The lipstick package and box were sealed open; I honestly do not understand how the company can send a package from the United States to Italy so badly packed, without even a protective envelope to protect the inside (the lipstick box was in fact crushed). Never had such a bad shipment!
Also I tried to post the review on their site and they didn't publish it to me. Bad
