Order a blanket for my mom for mothers day 2 months ago and still havnt gotten it everytime I email them to find out where my oder is they never actually respond or when I ask for a refund they say they cant so i wasted $150 on an item I havnt gotten and they refuse to refund me back

The item I ordered did arrive. The quality is ok, not great. However, it took almost three weeks for shipping. No question, there is something strange with this “online” company.

I will research the next online pop ad before I order any of their products.

I ordered something for Xmas 2018. It never arrived in spite of the delivery promises. I emailed a number of times without success and eventually when someone finally responded, they said I was out of time to query my order. UNBELIEVABLE, PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, THEY ARE AS BAD AS I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!

I would give less if I could. The shirt was horrible. Felt like it's made out of cardboard. The package can with no return options. I've emailed the company twice and have yet to receive a response from them.

Worst buying experience ever! Ordered a t shirt for a gift, took 2 weeks to recieve...was defective, only had half a print! High priced t shirt, poor quality and terrible print job! They offer No phone number and only contact is email, which takes them 3-5 days to respond, then you must file a claim and wait, wait and wait! I am still waiting for a refund after almost 30 days! Go buy your t shirt somewhere else, anywhere else! Worst company ever!

Wife ordered me a shirt that we tried to cancel but they would not. Did this before it was shipped , but they shipped anyway. Had to get credit card company involved (they suggested we return shirt) We did and finally got a credit back to our card. Never had a phone number for customer service DON"T NEED TO ASK WHY.......BAD COMPANY!!

I ordered a mug which would get 5 stars but I also ordered the iPhone 8 case and would like to return. Unfortunately my dog died and I ordered one with a German Shepherd on it and then saw how very flimsy it is. I could get one with her picture on it for $3.00 more on a sturdy case elsewhere. I sent an email but after reading these posts I’m afraid I won’t get satisfaction either.
I did find their phone number on scam adviser if that is legit.

I ordered a necklace from this company. When it arrived it looked like something you would buy at the dollar store. I contacted customer service and was told I could get a new one if they decided I had a fair complaint. I don't want another. I wouldn't dare wear the ugly thing!!!! Don't order from this company!!!!

Do not order from this company. Ordered a tee and a hoodie. Took forever to come in and when I received the tee was great but the hoodie...can't see words or the pig pic!

I purchased several items for Christmas, I have received one item but have not received the remaining order. They claim to have a process and shipping date of 5-10 business days...this is now 3 weeks later, over a month later if you like to count weekends. I’ve emailed their customer service department which was an epic fail and disappointment there is no phone number to speak with someone directly. This company is definitely a generic website and if I didn’t see additional people who have ordered I would have assumed thought they were a bunch of scam artists. I will NEVER EVER order from this merchant again!!..and I will spread the word to beware of this site!!....BTW I will be charging back my items.😡😡

Received case, case was not dipped correctly and design won't protect the phone. Wasn't worth the money. Contacted customer service, wanting to send back. Customer service requested photo of the case. Sent them a picture of the case with an arrow to the side of the case where the print is missing. Without my approval, they ordered a new case. I emailed back that "I want my money back." and they said they can't. I'm extremely disappointed.

Terrible customer service department. I purchased an I phone cover for my granddaughter's phone and it does not fit. It is of very poor, thin quality and not worth the money I paid for it. I have filed repeated claims and sent them pictures. Every time I file a claim, a different person contacts me to file another claim. They only give you the run around. There is no contact number to call. All I wanted was a return label and can not get it. Do not buy from them since they are not a very reputable company!

Love the t-shirt,and the print is perfect! Great quality, haven't changed after seeing washed! Will recommend to any border collie lover!
