My experience has been nothing short of a complete disaster. . Not only have I personally had to deal with the fallout, but people I know as well, causing significant delays and a great deal of frustration.
I would advise anyone to save themselves the pain and look elsewhere.

Bitget lures users with flashy “100 USDT” and “300 USDT” rewards, but the reality is a bait-and-switch. The so-called “position vouchers” are not bonuses you can trade or withdraw. They lock you into a bot for 24 hours, get reclaimed when the bot ends, and at best you’re left with a tiny fee discount voucher if the bot makes a profit.

This was never made clear up front. The fine print wasn’t shown until after I completed the task. In practice, the promo is worthless — the bot can’t make even $1 in 24 hours, so you end up with nothing meaningful.

It feels intentionally misleading. The marketing screams free money, but the actual reward is unusable. At minimum, Bitget should be transparent and state: “Rewards are temporary vouchers, not withdrawable funds.” Until then, these promos look like gimmicks designed to farm trading volume, not genuine rewards.

Bitget force-closed my profitable short position to cover another trader’s liquidation. Instead of closing at the real market price, they used a fantasy price ~15% against me.

After many emails, Bitget finally admitted their ADL system malfunctioned and closed my trade 1h20 too late. However, they only compensated about 30% of the real loss and then stopped engaging, sending only meaningless copy-paste replies while ignoring my detailed proof (including 1-second charts that clearly showed at which price they should have closed my position).

Result: I lost significant money due to Bitget’s broken system. I have withdrawn all funds and will never trade here again. If you value fair trading and accountability, avoid Bitget.

Now they claim they “cannot find my ticket” and just point me back to the same useless support email. I’ve already had more than 10 emails back and forth with them, just copy-paste replies without ever addressing my actual arguments or evidence.

seriously, the worst customer service, your merchant wont even release asset after payment? it is the most stupid transaction ive ever encounter. unable to intervene? then what is the purpose of customer service? watching your customer getting scammed? what a joke platform.you better just let your whole platform become a place for a scammer to reside,that way your platform can became an example of how to be the worst among others.

Bitget suddenly froze my account with 100k USDT and kept me waiting over a month, always replying “please wait 7 working days.” Finally, they gave a ridiculous excuse — claiming the Switzerland police suspected my account, even though I trade in another country.

I contacted the police and was told to go back to Bitget, with no solution at all. This is unprofessional, dishonest, and unsafe. Be very careful — Bitget can freeze your funds anytime without a valid reason.

First, they promise you a lot. For example, before you register and start depositing money, you will see a Simple Earn deposit option with 666%. Once you register, it disappears. Then, when you want to deposit money, they offer you one rate, but as soon as you choose the option for which that rate was shown, the rate immediately changes by 2–3%, which actually has a big impact on the final price. That’s why I consider them liars.

THE LEAST trustworthy platform. If any of your money will disappear by scam, they will deny to refund them even if you can show proof and trace them down. They cannot freeze or block scammers account. AVOID THIS PLATFORM and use something else.

I had a limit set to close my position at a specific price — well above the stop-out level — but Bitget didn’t respect it. Instead of closing at the price I set, the position closed somewhere near it, and I ended up being stopped out.

Support's response? Basically “That’s just how it works.”

The thing is — the price never actually reached my limit. So the position shouldn’t have closed at all, and I should have still been in the trade. It later moved in my direction, but by then the damage was done and my chance was gone.

That’s not how it should work. A limit is a limit — it’s there to protect your trade, not to be loosely approximated. If a platform can’t execute orders as placed, especially in high-volatility moments, it’s not fit for serious trading.

No real explanation, no accountability — just “that’s how it is.”

Very disappointed. It has a candybomb events, where by participating and trading you can earn candies and then may receive profit, but only may receive. After the event finishes they tell you that you are not eligible, because the system identified that you violated the rules. When you ask support to reveal what has been violated, they saying that they cannot provide facts, but you may participate in other events. So, when you participate in other events, again receive disqualification, by no reason and not providing facts.

The support reply like robots and they dont help at all if you faced issue you will face big problem i withdrew all my money today and will never comeback better safe than sorry

My Bitget account (UID: 8518666428) was frozen without any valid reason on July 6 and has remained frozen for nearly one month, preventing me from withdrawing my funds of 3,161 USDT.

I have been a VIP user of Bitget, and my account (ID 5921711890) has been blocked for over 3 months. Support keeps giving vague answers about a review. No timeline, no updates, no communication. I need access to my funds or at least a clear decision.

I lost $8,000 USD using Bitget’s copy trading (UID 1810693919), and the platform’s design played a big part.

Traders show inflated win rates by using coins like USDC that can’t be copied, but still count toward their ROI. Losing trades are left open so they don’t show as losses. Some even increase margin on bad trades to avoid liquidation, putting followers at huge risk.

I contacted support, but they weren’t interested. No accountability. Bitget’s copy trading feels more like marketing than a fair system. Be careful — what you see is not what you get.
