For more than a year I've been trying to get my coins back. After many tries to get in touch with them, they finally replied, saying I could exchange them on the exchange (that no longer works of course). After many angry emails, they come with the solution to convert the coin to BTC so I can whitdrawl them. Guess what the conversion rate is /100 of the current market price.... Stay away from Bithoven. 0 stars for customer service, and 0 stars for platform.

Can't withdraw my balance!
Trying to withdraw my coins, the system says withdrawal is not available. The balance does not reflect reality. It was ZERO yesterday. Today it came back with some value there. Tried to contact customer service but got no answer. Frustraded. Seems like a scam.
