Excellent.I have used bitiba and zooplus for over 10 years and have always been very happy,we like others have had the odd delivery problem but it's always been sorted out and that's the fault of the couriers and unfortunately it now seems you are lucky to find a reliable one as it's all over not just one company.Recently we have been very lucky as it's always arrived promptly ,this time in just 2 days.

The company and product is great but whoever packs the tins in the boxes must play basketball as it looks like they have been thrown in the box and we are getting lots of damaged tins. Please pay a little more respect when packing theses items.

Been purchasing from Bitiba for a few years now, find they are excellent with information and orders sent out very quickly. Over the time I have been with them only one order went wrong - due to the couriers - not Bitiba. Bitiba rectified the matter very fast. I would recommend Bitiba to anyone.

I have used Bitiba and Zooplus (The same company) for about a year, maybe longer. Their prices and range are good but delivery service is abysmal and totally unreliable. Some orders arrive within 2 days, some take well over a week. My last order didn’t arrive within a week plus then I got a message that it had been delayed. 2 days on I get a refund but no food. What’s all that about? so I order food and 9 days later I get a refund, no explanation except a ’How did we Do Mail’ Well you did crap because I have no food and now have to make alternative arrangements whilst my dogs starve. You are responsible not the delivery co, which is always Evri, without fail, whom I had asked them not to use because of previous experiences with them.
Its good to know when your order is on its way but the copious emails. Its left The depot, its at the roundabout, it will be with you tomorrow between x & y. its been delayed, its been delivered (to the wrong address), you were not at home, there was no safe delivery place, this is the last attempt (one has not been made) all b------ks and extremely irritating.

Just one more thing. You say my order was returned to you (email 20Jan) Why can Evri return it to you but not deliver to me, surely my address was on the parcel? it doesn’t ring true
Feb 6: I received my undelivered order yesterday, it would appear at Bitiba’s expense, so I can only say thankyou to them for that. At least it shows someone there is listening and cares about their reputation.
Incidentally i did ask for Evri NOT to be used for my deliveries, certainly in my area (North Devon) they are notoriously poor. Also I have added a star in the rating

Delivery service shocking. We were in the house, lights on, porch light on. Package of dog food dumped 5 yards from our front door. Bitiba not at fault but there delivery company get zero stars

my french bulldog is sensitive to chicken and grains I managed to find a great variety of quality food that is grain and gluten free that doesn't contain chicken which i find difficult with most brands the Rocco and wolf of the wilderness has great options at reasonable prices.Happy non itchy dog = happy owner.

I have been using this company now for nearly a year to feed my two new kittens. The website is very easy to use with my favourite food saved as a favourite so re-ordering is very simple. When I needed to contact Customer Service because I had a problem, they were extremely helpful and solved the issue for me. I would highly recommend this company.

I don't rate Bitiba. Firstly, they might be pennies cheaper than Zooplus (despite being essentially the same company) but they do not offer the same generous discounts. They offer a measly 5% off orders over £79, expect you to make 16 purchases to collect stamps for every £20 spent to get £10 off at the end of it so you're spending £320 for £10 off and they tell you to place an order by a certain date to not lose the stamps collected so far even if you don't need any more food yet but I had decided to place an order anyway as I had items in my basket, but wanted to leave it as close to the end date of the deadline as possible as, like I said, I am not in need of pet food, but their prices had gone up since the day before, so I am not sure I'll bother now and just lose the stamps collected so far. It's not worth it for £10 and only saving 5% spending over £79. They also don't appear on cashback sites like Quidco or Topcashback so they don't even have that going for them. Again, Zooplus are on those sites offering that little bit more as well.
