Highly recommend Bitiba

Service is good, prices even better, packing and delivery swift and they offer a large range of quality foods and treats for our pets. I highly recommend Bitiba to friends, family and colleagues with pets, I have used Bitiba myself for several years.

Bitiba's products is great and solid .

Their products is great and solid .
The delivery is fast and safe and Bitiba do a big number out of it to satisfy their customers with test food potion and discounts on different types of food and toys to the dear owners !😀

No refund despite evidence of payment

Ordered prescription dog food while I had good stock. They firstly said they couldn't take payment though the bank had approved it. Then they emailed with IBAN details for international transfer and the money went out if my account. They never delivered the food, said I never paid and refused a refund despite bank confirmation of payment to the sccount they stipulated. Their Ts&Cs actually state they reject any international disputes. The UK office staff are unhelpful and almost sneer when you ask for help. Bank unable to recall so this company stole £184.84 from me on 19th May.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE

I have been waiting for my order to arrive for nearly two weeks now. I have pretty much had the same monthly order from them since early 2023 and I really do understand that things happen.
But more relevantly, when s**t does happen, be cautioned that this is just another faceless corporation. Uncaring & unreachable.
They have no telephone numbers available to speak to anyone. Their automated systems are not fit for purpose, just giving you limited, non relevant question options.
When you do finally get an email through, you just get an automated reply message telling you they will get back to you 🤷‍♂️. Then if & when their customer service team does deem to reply, it's a total waste of time, ineffectual & inefficient. No meaningful resolution offered. Do yourself a favour and go to your local pet shop and deal directly with a human being.

Dreadful late deliveries & no communication of delays

We’ve been regular customers for a very long time, but in recent times deliveries have become more & more unreliable, with the company not bothering to inform customers of any delays. I’m now sat stuck here without any cat food, waiting for an inconvenient delivery I had no say in, over a week after ordering & I had to ask where my order was, before I was told there was a delay leaving the warehouse. This is not the first time your communication & delivery service have been dreadful & I’ve had enough of not being able to organise my pets foods, because Bitiba can’t get its act together & act in a professional way & clearly doesn’t value long time customers. I won’t buy again

WHERE IS MY CAT’S FOOD?!!! Again this is taking unprecedented lengths of time to arrive. This is happening every single time I purchase from you. Why do you insist in using EVRI. Will I even get the food? I live rurally and 25 miles from the nearest store to go out and buy and my cats are running out. Change your couriers

Non existent customer service which…

Non existent customer service which pulls down this great company. Such a shame as everything else is great. Speed of delivery, quality of foods and great value for money. The cat food pouches had opened and splattered all over the box. I emailed to be refunded for just the pouches that had split open in transit. Nobody got back to me. If someone does help me I am happy to change this review
