Avoid Like a Plague of Catnip

This is the rudest company when it comes to online surveys! They take you through enough pages where you think you've completed the survey and then they tell you on the screen (after you thought you were done) that you were screened out and then they get cute (or so they think) and say: "No catnip for you!" They should be blocked from posting surveys!

Crooks

Bitlabs is a company that uses people to their advantage and does not honor their part of the deal.

Played games on their offerewall. Some are up to 1000 levels and then the game is removed without any points granted.

And trying to get some assistance is a joke. They send you around in circles.

So guys, I know we all need and want to make some cash on the side. So don't waste your precious time and data on these crooks.

Does Not Reward for Completed Surveys

After years of answering their surveys, I noticed that in the rare occasions I was able to complete a survey and getting the reward points, the next thing that follows is the deduction of said points. Just a while ago, I was able to complete a half-hour survey for a promised reward points the equivalent of $0.20 (already low). After completion, the points reward was reflected to my balance. A few hours later, I noticed that my balance was once again reduced, so I checked what happened. Just as expected…Bitlabs strikes again.

This time, I decided to check on their reviews and see what the other users’ experience with this company, lo and behold, I found out that my experience is the norm.

It is a lot better to be screened out from their surveys right from the start than to waste time and energy just to reward scammers.

BITLABS DOES NOT PAY FOR COMPLETED SURVEYS!

To the people running this company, just disappear from existence. The world will be a better place.

Surveys constantly do not work

Surveys constantly do not work. They either kick you out in the middle of taking them or at the end. It is as if they want to rob you of earning points.

Rubbish

Rubbish. I am in two different survey groups and pollfish are a joke. They send you a two minute survey, ask ridiculous questions and after 5 minutes say you didn't qualify. I'm told it usually happens if you speed through or give false answers. It's not it's because they are too tight fisted to give the 10p reward or whatever is offered for the survey but get the answers they require. I decline their surveys now..do the same and save your time

The company is a scam

The company is a scam! They forced me to complete offers for which I was supposed to be paid and then they hid. I have tried many times to contact them but they never answer. In short, the junkies just scammed me and stole money from me!

"Quality Control"

Whoever claims these folks have limited "quality control" measures needs their head examined. These jerks will literally screen you out because it only takes a second or two to answer what your gender is, because you're supposedly responding too fast. If anything, they're a bunch of paranoid and stingy knobs whose only response when you issue a complaint is basically to tell you to get stuffed and then quit replying.

They likewise asked me to post here instead of their "market research" page. Fine. I'm not deleting my post there until and unless it's addressed along with everyone else here who's apparently being ignored just as the review states. It's important your clients get some insight into the way you conduct business on the respondent side. Maybe that'll make some think twice before signing on with you and you'll actually take complaints seriously by lightening up on your nonsense.

Warning Post: Beware of Dealing with Bitlabs, a Subsidiary of Prodege!

Warning Post: Beware of Dealing with Bitlabs, a Subsidiary of Prodege!

I want to share my negative experience with Bitlabs, a subsidiary of Prodege, which scammed me out of $3500. I have all the evidence to prove this.

I had been dealing with Bitlabs, considering it a reliable company, but I discovered the exact opposite. After investing significant time and effort working with them, I was deceived and a large amount of money was stolen from me. Despite my multiple attempts to contact them to resolve the issue, I received no response or assistance.

If you are thinking of working with Bitlabs or Prodege, I strongly advise against it. This company does not deserve your trust and can lead to significant financial losses.

I have compelling evidence of this scam and am willing to share it with anyone interested in the details. If you have had a similar experience or have any additional information about this company, please reach out to me.

I will not allow this fraudulent act to go unnoticed. Together, we can protect ourselves and others from such dishonest companies.

Scammers, exclusion at the end

Survey by Pollfish via Bitlabs.ai received rating and preference of Oman Logo. Which of 4 logos draws more attention to Oman and increases interest. I made my decision according to the guidelines, no control questions or anything like that, then exclusion at the end. You can't cheat more obviously

Worst survey company EVER

Worst survey company EVER. Avoid like the plague. Surveys are LITTERED with errors and nonsensical language and yet they’re arrogant enough to screen out for being too ‘quick’ (sorry that my MA means I’m able to read and respond to surveys quickly…) but right at the END of the survey after they’ve got your thoughts. Fraudsters.
