Scam, you won't get paid.

Have to take multiple surveys to qualify. The questions you answer to qualify are survey questions, unless your opinion can get you disqualified. Since this seems to be the case the individuals paying Bitlabs should be informed. Also customer support is horrible.

This company is trash and I’m taking this as far as i can. They banned my account for playing slot games that they paid me for. I don’t know how i violated anything by just playing slots on my phone and i would like for an investigation to be done ✅. I asked what violated in the terms and i get no response

Utter garbage company that uses your info for God knows what. Avoid at all costs. They glean your valuable survey information and hardly ever pay out. Save yourself the trouble. Use anything but them.

Worse survey router

Such company should not be here. I noted too many times I don't see "None the above" answer to various profile questions (no exit point). For a survey router that offers low payment per survey and operates in such manner as explained, is not fair when they act on much manner to honest members expense. I sure someone can contact owner of that which is "Prodege"

Bitlabs surveys are the absolute worst

Bitlabs surveys are the absolute worst. Every time I get one there's a 70/30 chance I will get an error when submitting results and get no credit for my time. Why are these clowns allowed to rip us off like this?

Horrible company

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company messed up my participation in a survey because I used a VPN. I was on vacation at a hotel for the crying out loud. It's not a crime to protect yourself on an insecure wifi. Jerks.

Total crooks

Total crooks. I have competed numerous online surveys and Bitlabs are the only company that allow you to fully complete a survey and then mysteriously end with an error page. Never let them fool you, they have no intention in paying you for your time. You have been warned they are not an honest company.

Scummy Thieving little bas*****

Scummy little thieving bas*****. You complete long ass surveys for pittance, complete all the useless pre screening and if you're lucky to get through and actually get paid for a survey. What these scum end up doing is after crediting and getting all your information, answers they will reverse the payment a few weeks to a month later and seems 99.9% of people here are having the same issue. Extremely scummy, con artists. Shouldn't be in business and even worse customer service. Hope they burn to the ground. Stay away.

Seeing their score means they don't…

Seeing their score means they don't read these...but I'm still gonna add a little story about them.

I wont reveal the site I work for out of respect to my boss, but we have been in contact with their management team.

We have sent them screenshots, descriptions, all the problems that they are having (including a lot of their surveys that redirect from swagbucks back to the site that were complete just bombing out)

They also said that they had found a lot of completed surveys I had done that had never credited and they would pay them out at the end of January.

Well..they have not paid me. They are still having the same issues with surveys. They have no problem issuing chargebacks.

This has gone from annoying to criminal. Everyone in their company (from their support who always blames other sites) to their management needs to be held accountable. I refuse to deal with them going forward and would ask other GPT sites to sever their business with these con-artists.

On-going technical issues

They could improve their website for starters. In the past week, whenever I have tried to access a Bitlabs survey, I get an error message.

I have now sent them a request for information about this and will wait to see how long (if at all) their staff take to reply.

In the interim, I'm going to follow other posters on here and click off immediately when a Bitlab's survey shows up.

NOT HAPPY with this organisation.
