If you are mainly trading big names like Bitcoin, ETH or Cardano, Bitmarkets works great. But I'm someone who hunts for low-cap gems, and I found their selection too mainstream for my style of trading.

Trading on desktop is smooth, but on mobile I sometimes struggle with chart zooming and scrolling. I still use it daily, but I hope they tweak the mobile charting experience in the next update.

While the platform is stable, I noticed slight delays when placing multiple rapid orders in a row. If you are an occasional trader, you won't notice, but as someone who trades in quick bursts, it's a bit limiting.

Bitmarkets is great for stability and support, but if you are someone who trades trending altcoins or meme coins, this might not be the best fit. I missed a few opportunities because newer tokens were not listed in time.

The referral rewards are generous, but I found it hard to track detailed referral performance. A dashboard with analytics would be super helpful. Other than that, the platform delivers on most fronts.

While Bitmarkets offers a smooth trading experience overall, I had issue funding my account with fiat. My country wasn't supportedfor some payment methods. Had to use crypto to deposit, while was inconvenient for me.

I really appreciated the structured learning in their Academy section. It helped me understand portfolio management ratios better. But I wish they hosted live webinars or Q&A sessions-it would make learning more interactive.

I have a totally negative experience with this company. Trying to withdraw money from my account, I was told repeatedly to wait, "optimize investment" and "maximize profits". When the market had started to fall, every broker I have ever been in contact with started to force me to invest more and more saying because "not losing everyting" on the account. No withdrawals have ever been allowed, even not in times making profits. Finally, I have lost everything.
I am also dissapointed by no response to my official complaint from the company what makes me think it is a scam!

My reply to BITmarkets to their reply from 2nd October, 2025:

First thing I have done after my experience was contacting you at your support email address mentioned. Unfortunately, no support from your side has been offered in my case. If public, you may seem reliable and helpful to everyone, but in private it is the reverse.
If you provided support to my situation in private, of course I would not have a reason to share it publically.

My experience with Bitmarkets was, unfortunately, very negative, and I believe it’s important to share it in more details with others.

At first, everything seemed professional — I opened an account with an investment that was recommended as suitable for my financial situation. Initially, things went smoothly. However, over time, the behavior of your so-called “retention managers” changed significantly.

They started to pressure me into making additional deposits, and this pressure kept increasing. Whenever I refused to deposit more money, a new manager would have contacted me, explaining that the previous one “did not achieve the desired results”. This happened several times. Each new manager asked for more money, promising high returns and insisting that only a “larger investment” would lead to real profits.

I was even told that clients with €50,000 or more are the ones they really care about, and that I should aim for that amount. At one point, I was even encouraged to use my third pension pillar or take out a bank loan, which I find completely unacceptable.

The managers constantly reassured me that my margin was “very high” and that my account was “safe.” When I asked for details or information about fees, I received vague answers. During the night when my account crashed, no one from support was available, despite the company claims providing 24/7 assistance.

What made things worse was that the trades I opened based on their advice ended in losses, while the ones I made on my own were profitable. The managers dictated specific currency pairs, position sizes, and target prices, telling me not to worry and to “let it work”. Later, they pushed me to open even larger positions to “avoid losing everything”.

I felt under constant psychological pressure designed only to force me depositting more and more money — with no real possibility of withdrawing my funds.

In the end, I must say that, in my experience, Bitmarkets does not act in the best interest of its clients, but rather in its own.

I strongly advise everyone to be extremely cautious if considering working with this company. In my case, it involved systematic pressure and unethical behavior from their managers.

Bitmarkets looks great and trades well, but I was disappointed with the withdrawal limits for new users. I understand security protocols, but the process to raise the limit left slow. Not Ideal for more active traders.

I like the desktop platform a lot it's fast and well designed. But the mobile version feels a bit clunky at times. There's room for improvement in resposiveness and layout.Still using it daily, but hoping for an update soon.

Lost out on a trade when the app froze. Support responded lately.

BITmarkets offers clear tutorials and guides that helped me grasp trading basics. Love their security focus too.

This is my second time reaching out to support and while the first time was great, this time i had to wait over 24 hours. The platform itself works well, no complaints there-but I do they work on Consistency with support.

They list trending coins early—Aptos, XRP, you name it.

They actually educate you along the way. It's not just about trading-it's about growing as an investor

Trading tools are beginner-friendly but powerful enough for advanced users too.

The trading features and order execution are smooth. I like how stable the platform is, even during volatile times. But I wish they had more flat deposit methods available in my region. That limited my initial setup a bit. Overall, a decent exchange with the room for improvement
