I pointed out a math error in balance after seeing more views than my panel actually registered. They immediately fixed it. It seems like they are playing with the prices and view count.

Repeat unsolicited calls
I have had repeat calls appearing to be from Bit Media, telephone number 07893 928681. I politely advised I was not interested in participating in a survey and then received another call, politely advised the same and the caller just hung up. If this is not in fact said company then they should attempt to do something about the fake calls. I have since blocked the number.

Bitmedia seems to be a scam network
Bitmedia seems to be a scam network. All the news articles online that list "Bitmedia" as top crypto ad network are indeed paid/sponsored posts. Tread carefully while doing business with them. They will block you saying Advertisers complained and dont provide further explainations.Utter waste of time!
Also: Positive reviews about bitmedia on trustpilot evidently seem to be from Bitmedia staff.

Just had a very aggressive caller, say they are calling from Bitmedia and asked me to take a survey about crypto. I said I know nothing about it so not sure why my number is on their database but if they could please remove it that would be great. He said 'no problem i will call you back' to which I said I do not want a call back I want to be removed. He then threatened me by saying tomorrow I will receive 200 calls from everyone in the company. I hung up and blocked him, the number is 07893928681. If this isn't affiliated with your company you should look into it, if it is then you should seriously check your company staff

Relentless spam calls
Relentless spam calls, refuse to remove me from their database, use spoofing phone numbers to make the calls. Selling some dodgy sounding crypto scheme. Reporting to the ICO yet again.
In response to Bitmedia’s reply to me. I’ve had no cooperation with their company, they are the ones contacting me without authorisation. They are the ones relentlessly hounding me despite me telling them to stop. It’s not my job to open a ticket with them. I have never requested any cooperation with their company, I have never heard of their company until they started bombarding me with unsolicited calls. They are the ones who are calling people without their consent with unsolicited spam calls.

Scam. Claimed to be sending 1000s of clicks but google analytics did not show this. Then refused to refund my remaining advertiser balance! Claimed it was part of their terms of service. Insane. Do not use!

bitmedia.io is a fraudulent advertising company that shows fake clicks. I paid for 415 clicks for the link I advertised, but only 60 clicks were registered. Please be cautious and avoid advertising on this site.

Really good platform / can't withdraw your money
Really good and modern platform, although we didn't get the results we were looking for. What is not acceptable is that they didn't let us withdraw our money. After asking them for months all we got is "our TOP manager makes final decisions on withdrawals", an eventually they stopped replying all-together.

Bitmedia.io is absolutely perfect. I have been using their services as a publisher. They have good cpm rates. Anytime I get good quality visitors from tier 1 countries such as US and Canada, the CPM is high. Fast payment system. They are very creative and innovative. Recently, bitmedia updated the publisher dashboard such that detailed real time statistics are shown. This is an extremely high quality advertising agency. Cool!
