Really solid, crypto-first display network
I've used a lot of advertising platforms, and Bitmedia is a high quality one that delivers results. We're getting a very competitive CPC and CPM, especially for a crypto-first advertising network, the interface is logical and easy to understand, and the service is great. Helen is our account manager, she's been incredibly proactive in offering genuine value-add strategic advice, way more than any other platform I've used (can you imagine getting actual useful advice and attention from someone at Meta?!).

The best crypto ad network I have tried
I have been using Bitmedia's services to get our project's banners displayed on their ad network for a little over a year now. Of course, when it comes to advertising, you are always looking to improve your results. But the fact is that of all the crypto ad networks I have tried so far (and I have tried many), Bitmedia is the one that has consistently produced the best results.
After 1 year, we have had a return on our advertising budget of just under 30%, which means that we have received sales that match 30% of what we have spent on advertising on Bitmedia. These numbers are pretty good, as many of these sales come from repeat customers who are likely to spend more in the future.
I also like the setup and layout of Bitmedia, the different settings we can tweak to adjust our campaigns etc. All in all, Bitmedia is the best crypto ad network I have tried so far and I continue to use their services daily.

Unfortunately it's total garbage. The stats on their site will show that you get many "clicks", but your actual website will tell the truth. Only a few actual clicks, and even those are not doing anything, probably just bots.

For 2 minutes my ad supposed to get 62 clicks and 30k impressions? even google does not give you so much ad impression in 2 minutes.
This is a fake site. they will steal your money with fake data.
Also. When i am not including USA in my countries or ASIA, how this company eats you $ for fake traffic from countries you never choose, and i lost $50 and got 0 impressions or clicks from the EU countries.
Suggestion is scam website selling nothing rather than an ip machine clicking and viewing same sites.

Nothing will convert because the traffic is fake or the lowest quality available. Also no way to filter the crappy traffic. Don't waste your money.

Bitmedia looked great. Please refund my credit card
Bitmedia looked great, posting great reviews so I took a shot. The website rejected my ad campaign and still charged my credit card. The refund policy says it would reimburse those with rejected ad campaigns. (2.3.2) Yet when I try to email "support at bitmedia.io" the email bounces (can provide proof but I did try again today and it worked) I can't call anyone, the online chat box doesn't connect to anyone. It's a dead end website.
I trusted bitmedia and read the money back garunetee refund policy before starting the ad campaign. I just want it refunded so my bank see's I didn't use the service.
I have emailed everyone in their organization. Account managers to the CEO himself.
I just want my refund. I am more than happy to change my review if I recieve my full refund.
Edit1: I recieved an email from a Bitmedia Team member. Very happy about that. I will update my experience.
Edit2: With time difference (Bitmedia follows Ukraine time zone) the email exchange is slow. Still asking for the funds to be returned.
Edit3: I was refunded. Just waiting for the credit card to reflect this. Stay tooned for next update.

Summary: I was only able to get the attention of Bitmedia after posting a bad review online but in the end I got my refund therefore I'll change my review to 5 stars like I promised.
